Following the pace of development in the era of"Internet + Big Data",the application of modern information technology in the field of education has also shown a diversified and mature situation.People thus have more sources and ways to obtain knowledge, such as micro-course and MOOC,which are gradually becoming popular after some world famous universities take the lead to advocate them.Due to the short, precise, targeted and flexible operation of the micro-courses,the majority of educators have applied them to physics teaching.Based on the current teaching situation, this paper puts forward and practices the application mode of exercise micro course in high school physics self-motivated learning group. It is not only an innovation and an attempt to the application mode of micro-course,but also provides new ideas for senior high school physics teachers to carry out exercises teaching. The author first used the literature method and case analysis method to study the basic theories, research status and teaching cases of micro-course teaching at home and abroad. The questionnaire survey method is adopted, and the front-line physics teacher of Nanchang No.2 Middle School are taken as the research object. The questionnaire design and application survey of"investigation on the teaching status of senior high school physics exercise class and micro-course teaching"and"investigation on the feasibility of introducing self-learning group learning mode"was designed and implemented.Based on the analysis of teaching contradiction, the mode of'the application micro-course in the self-motivated learning group was proposed as an effective teaching aid.The mode is effective in assisting exercises teaching:the systematic exercises micro-course analyzes the thinking process and summarizes method, and is used in after-class self-motivated learning to help answer students'questions. It makes up the deficiency of classroom teaching and guarantees students'personalized learning. In this mode, the one-semester practice of micro-courses was carried out,and the related principles and strategies of the design and application of physics exercises micro-courses were introduced.Students'self-learning is the guiding route, and the problem-type stratification is classified into the main line of design. The main idea is to analyze the problem-solving ideas and summarize the inductive methods, and to systematically integrate resources as a form of expression to promote the professional development of teachers as a process. Finally, the teaching design and application case of the exercise micro-course is given as an example of the relationship between potential difference and electric field strength. After conducting the teaching practice, the author used the group interview method to investigate the experimental group students.Based on the test scores of one semester, the author compared and analyzed the scores of the experimental group and the control group students. The results show that the learning status and study habits of the experimental group student have improved, and academic performance has improved, mainly due to the significant increase in the number of people below the excellent line above the passing line. Therefore, the author believes that the high school physics practice"micro-course"teaching mode in the self-study group has a good effect on the teaching effect, and at the same time accelerates the professional development of teachers and achieves the goal of teaching. Finally, the author conducted a group interview with two groups of students with very different scores, the shortcomings of the teaching practice mode are analyzed, improvement measures are proposed, and its future development is forecasted.
