| As a new management method under quality education,boarding education management is common when parents need to go out to work and have no time to take care of a new management method adopted by students.In the boarding system,the teachers in the school need to shoulder the responsibility and obligation of managing the daily life of the students.At present,with the continuous expansion of the group of left-behind children in my country.The management of left-behind children needs the attention of all sectors of society.There are actually many problems in the management of left-behind children.Therefore,it is imperative to strengthen the management of left-behind children in the boarding system.This study will take a Mongolian boarding township elementary school in G Township as an example.Through the questionnaire survey on the management of left-behind children in a Mongolian boarding township elementary school in G Township and interviews with teachers in the elementary school,the questionnaire survey will be sorted out and analyzed using spss24.0.Results,and then conducted a reasonable analysis of the interview results,and reached the following conclusions:First,the overall situation of the teacher’s paper of the management status of a Mongolian boarding township elementary school in G Township is at an average level,in which life management,safety management,learning management,and mental health management are at an average level,and moral education management is at a poor level;the overall student paper The situation is at a general level,among which life management,learning management,and mental health management are at a general level;safety management and moral education management are at a poor level.This shows that there is still a lot of room for improvement in moral education management.Secondly,the construction of the school life management system is not perfect,the dormitory hygiene is problematic,there is no unified dormitory management standard,and there is no mature and complete life management system for left-behind children;the dormitory safety management awareness is relatively weak,the safety system is not perfect,and there is no response to emergencies.Emergency plan;lack of plans for the development of independent learning ability and learning interest for the group of left-behind children,and the learning places and facilities are seriously old;cultural education is emphasized but quality education is ignored;long-term living in school The students have brought a huge psychological burden,which has caused some students to have psychological defects.The school’s teachers are limited and have not carried out related lectures and activities,lack of professional psychological counseling teachers and high-quality psychological counseling courses,and lack of a rich campus culture.and so on.These problems all reflect the general management of left-behind children in the boarding system of G Township.Third,the school factors and teacher factors of a Mongolian boarding township elementary school in G Township have a greater impact on the management of the boarding left-behind children.Among them,the school’s moral education management and mental health management are backward,and the lack of campus culture construction affects its management effect;the teachers’ work attitude,emotional attitude and professional quality have a greater impact on the management of left-behind children. |
