With the continuous advancement of urbanization,a large number of migrant workers are working in the process,and their children are stranded in the countryside,thus forming a large number of rural left-behind children.In view of the scarcity of educational resources in rural areas,the issue of compulsory education for left-behind children has become increasingly prominent and has become an urgent social problem.Among them,the education needs of the subgroup of left-behind children in boarding junior high schools are the strongest.Minors in the middle school stage are at the crossroads of their lives.They lack correct cognitive abilities,but are full of curiosity about society,so they lack the ability to resist bad temptations.At the same time,the staged rebellion makes it difficult for them to accept criticism.This kind of education urgently needs the patient guidance and help of parents.However,for left-behind children in boarding junior high schools,at the most important stage of their lives,they lack the care and discipline of their parents,which greatly increases their risk of slipping and falling due to bad temptations.Therefore,using scientific education management strategies to intervene in their growth has become the key to helping them grow up healthily.To this end,this article draws on the research strategies of domestic and foreign scholars on related issues,and formulated an investigation and research plan for left-behind children in boarding junior high schools.On the basis of relevant research,this article uses the actual conditions of boarding rural junior high schools in X County as the basis,and conducts a comparative study of left-behind and non-left-behind children in five typical boarding rural junior high schools through a questionnaire survey to understand the research objects At the same time,through interviews and investigations,we understand the problems faced by the research subjects and the causes of the problems,and analyze the deficiencies of existing education management countermeasures.On this basis,this article has formulated corresponding educational countermeasures and management measures from three aspects: strengthening multi-party linkage,caring for left-behind children,improving management mechanisms,strengthening supervision and accountability,optimizing school layout,and rationally deploying resources to improve left-behind children The current education status of China provides an effective guarantee for their healthy development.
