Research On Internal Environment Optimization Of BC Networks

With the gradual increase of comprehensive national strength,China has entered a new period of building a well-off society in an all-round way.As a cultural industry of the world economic development trend and new service industry,online game industry has increasingly become an important driving force for China to transform the economic growth mode and optimize the industrial structure.With the booming development of the Internet and IT technology,online games have become a new economic growth point,which plays a positive role in promoting the development of the cultural industry.It not only meets the spiritual needs of human beings,but also changes people’s lifestyle to some extent.However,with the high income and rapid development of online games,there are also high risks such as minors’ addiction to online games,vulgar content damaging the market image,and insufficient protection of users’ rights and interests.Therefore,the internal control effectiveness of enterprises is particularly important.In the internal control system,the internal environment is the basis and premise of the elements of internal control,the establishment of the basic framework and guidelines for the enterprise internal control,laid the tone of the enterprise internal control,so in order to enhance their own competitiveness,to achieve long-term sustainable development,the enterprise must pay attention to the optimization of the internal environment construction.This paper takes BC network listed companies as the research object,first through the field visit,questionnaire survey and access to relevant information and other ways to comprehensively understand the internal environment of BC network company.Secondly,combining with the relevant laws and regulations and internal control in five elements of internal environment for the first-level indicators,at the same time,combined with the actual operating conditions and the BC network company internal environment present situation,further subdivided the secondary and tertiary index,build a combination of quantitative and qualitative research internal environment evaluation system,using the analytic hierarchy process(ahp)to confirm index weight,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of quantitative evaluation result,In order to analyze the BC network company in the internal environment of the good and bad.Finally,in order to ensure the effectiveness of the construction of the internal environment of the enterprise,the paper optimizes the internal environment of BC Network Company from the five elements of the internal environment,including improving the organizational structure,adjusting the development strategy,developing human resources,strengthening social responsibility,sublimating the corporate culture.And from the perfect laws and regulations,strengthen the supervision function,purify the network environment three aspects to improve the BC network company internal environment and external safeguard measures.Thesis research expected to guide the construction of BC network company optimize the internal environment,increasing its ability to resist risks,improve enterprise core competitiveness,at the same time,also for other domestic network game enterprise internal environment construction to provide beneficial reference and set up the core concept of "green network,healthy life",boosting the sustainable development of the online game industry.
