Research On Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Cooperative Education Between Counselor And Teachers Of Ideological And Political Theory In Colleges And Universities

Ideological and political education in colleges and universities is really important for mastering the right of speech in the ideological field.The task of counselors is mainly about daily ideological and political education,and ideological and political teachers mainly focus on ideological and political theory courses.Though they are different in functions,they are both important components to carry out ideological and political education of colleges and universities.The coordinated development of the two teams is an important part of colleges and universities to occupy the high ground of ideology and realizing the fundamental goal of "To foster virtue through education".This article will explain from the following parts.The introduction part introduces the time background of the two teams’ collaboration and the significance of educating people under this background,analyzing the literature on collaborative education and the main content of collaborative education.This part also exemplifies the methods of research,summarizes the key points and difficulties of the research,and finally points out the innovation of the research.The first part explains the related concepts of "educating" "collaborative education" and "the collaboration of counselors and ideological and political teachers" in detail firstly.Then,the reasons why it is necessary to develop and promote the coordination of counselors and ideological and political teachers are explained in this part from the three aspects of implementing the fundamental task of "To foster virtue through education",enhancing the effectiveness of ideological and political education,and improving the teaching ability of counselors and ideological and political teachers.Lastly,it discusses the three theoretical bases which are joint force theory,system theory and synergy theory respectively.The second part mainly analyzes the current situation of the collaborative education of the two teams in colleges and universities.Based on the survey and interview questionnaires,the basic status of the two teams’ collaborative education work is described.It also analyzes the problems in the process of collaborative education between counselors and ideological and political teachers in colleges and universities and the reasons of that.The third part is the key part of this article.It is mainly about improving the quality and effects of educating people of coordination between counselors and ideological and political teachers by strengthening collaborative education leadership,building powerful collaborative education fields,improving collaborative education capabilities,and strengthening collaborative education guarantees.The goal is to promote the collaboration between college counselors and ideological and political teachers on the basis of the specialization of themselves,and to improve the education level through the systematic analysis of these aspects.
