Study On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Ideological And Political Education In Senior

The function of educating people in senior high school mainly refers to the political teachers in Senior high school taking the political textbook of high school as the carrier and the political class as the main front,and carry on the planned and systematic education and instruction to the senior high school students so as to play an important role in the process of cultivating them into a person who is ideal,faithful,honest trustworthy,knowledgeble,abiding by the rules and rational.On the basis of investigating the present situation of the ideological and political education in senior high school,the author has also found some problems and the root of the problem: the existence of education system which is not in conformity with the law of education and teaching and students' physical and mental development.Based on this,the author combines the practice of education and teaching,through the goal-oriented,process optimization,evaluation of multi-dimension,and other strategies to prepare for education,implementation,summary,reflection stage to be adjusted and improved,so that the function of high school ideological and political education is optimized which achieves the goal of high school ideological and political education.The study of the present situation and countermeasures of the ideological and political education in senior high schools is conducive to attracting the attention of the society to the function of educating people.At the same time,it can provide a practical reference and guidance for many teachers in the education practice,so as to realize the goal of the student-oriented,and promote students' comprehensive and sustainable development.
