With the advent of education information age,online education platform has been applied in a large scale.In the online education platform,learners can learn anytime and anywhere.It breaks the traditional education model and expands the space for teacher student interaction from the classroom in reality to the virtual space on the internet.In the online education platform,the online course forum is an essential function module,which is often used for the communication between students and teachers and students,online course forums support learners to post questions anytime and anywhere,and reflect them in a timely manner problems encountered in learning.Online course forums provide a place for learners to learn and communicate,which attracts many learners to actively participate in it,improves the learners’ activity and participation in the forum discussion,and realizes the construction of learners’learning knowledge in the online course forum.However,there are some phenomena such as low participation of teachers and students and "drift" of discussion content in online course forums.In view of these two phenomena,this paper decides to carry out research in two aspects:learner’s participation in online course forums and the relevance of learner’s forum reply content:(1)The participation of learners in the forum is analyzed.Firstly,the participation model of relevant researchers in this field is analyzed.Secondly,according to the characteristics of learners’ interaction in the forum,it analyzes the learner’s participation mode in the forum.Then,the online course forum learner participation model is constructed,and the model is divided into two dimensions:learner behavior participation and learner interactive participation.Finally,according to the constructed online course learner participation model,data analysis method and social network analysis method are used to study the learner participation in the online course forum from two aspects of learner behavior participation and interactive participation.The experimental results can help teachers evaluate the learning effects of learners participating in the forum,and formulate personalized measures for the different learning performance of learners in the forum,and promote learners to actively participate in the interactive learning of the forum.(2)In order to solve the problems of redundant responses in online course forums and learners’ discussion deviating from the topic,this paper proposes a method combining content abstract extraction with content-topic correlation.First of all,aiming at the phenomenon of redundancy of forum content information,a method combining Doc2Vec model and TextRank algorithm is proposed,which effectively realizes the extraction of abstract sentence of redundant reply information.Secondly,aiming at the phenomenon that the content of learners’ discussion diverges from the topic,this paper adopts the method of text similarity to study the correlation between the content of replies and the topic in the forum.The experimental results show that the content of the learners’ replies in the forum fits well with the topic posts,and only a small part of the learners’ replies deviate from the topic.This result has certain guiding significance for teachers to interfere with the learning behavior of learners in the forum.
