| Labor education is an important part of the overall development of education.At present,the lack of labor education in school education has increasingly attracted the attention of the academic circle.Through long-term education practice,the importance of labor education has been found to be more and more prominent.The state also actively advocates the integration of labor education in policies.In March 2020,the CPC Central Committee and the State Council issued the Opinions on Comprehensively Strengthening Labor Education in Colleges,Primary and Secondary Schools in the New Era,which clearly defined the value and significance of labor education.For a long time,labor education has been presented as a theoretical education mode,but it has not achieved good results in practice.Primary school,as the initial stage of compulsory education,has a balanced development in all aspects,which is conducive to cultivating teenagers with sound character.The combination of labor and education is an important means of comprehensive education.This paper adopts case study,takes three primary schools in Wuhan to carry out labor education as the research object,explores the current situation of labor education,the existing problems and the reasons for the existing problems through literature method,questionnaire method,interview method and other research methods,and puts forward effective strategies to promote the implementation of labor education in primary schools on this basis.It is divided into five parts:The introduction elaborates the reason and value of the topic,the research status quo and the definition of the concept,the research ideas and methods,which lays the foundation for the following research.Then,the theoretical analysis and value recognition of primary school labor education are analyzed.This paper puts forward the objective requirements of promoting students’ all-round development,the internal requirements of realizing the goal of cultivating people by virtue,and the weight of relieving students’ academic pressure.Based on the investigation of the current situation of the implementation of labor education in primary schools in Wuhan,this paper attempts to understand the importance of the school to labor education,the understanding level of parents to labor education,the cognition status of students to labor education,and the participation of primary school students in daily labor,so as to understand the implementation of labor education in the three primary schools in Wuhan.At the same time,the problems and reasons of implementing labor education in primary schools are deeply analyzed.The analysis includes the problems of insufficient attention to labor education in schools,ineffective management of labor education,and narrow curriculum of labor education in schools.Finally,according to the existing problems from the school,teachers,parents and society four aspects of countermeasures and suggestions. |
