Labor education in the new era takes the development of students’ labor literacy as the core goal,and labor viewpoint,as an important part of labor literacy,plays an active role in guiding students’ labor practice.Primary school is an important period for students to form a correct concept of labor,and for primary school students,whether they can form a correct concept of labor has a direct impact on future labor actions.Therefore,great importance should be attached to the cultivation of primary school students’ concept of labor,so that primary school students can correctly understand labor from an early age,so that they can better engage in labor when they grow up.This study collates and analyzes domestic and foreign literature such as "labor viewpoint" and "labor education",and finds that the cultivation of labor viewpoint is an important foundation for the effective implementation of labor education.Under the guidance of the Marxist Concept of Labor,Xi Jinping’s View of Labor for a New Era and China’s excellent traditional Concept of Labor,combined with the definition and training requirements of labor viewpoint in the Compulsory Education Labor Curriculum Standards(2022 Edition),this study discusses the main contents and values of the cultivation of labor viewpoint of primary school students in the new era.The questionnaire survey method,interview method and observation method were used to investigate and study the current situation of primary school students’ labor viewpoint.From the four aspects of labor attitude,labor value,labor purpose,and the nurturing of school labor viewpoint to explore the current situation,via the analysis of the new period of primary school pupils labor viewpoint of the following problems: Some primary school pupils have hedonistic and hierarchical labour subject tendencies in labour attitude,lack of labour form and value in labour value,strong utilitarian and weak labour intention in labour purpose.These problems can be summarized as four main factors: school,family society and students themselves.In view of the problems and influencing factors analyzed,this study puts forward the countermeasures for the cultivation of primary school students’ labor viewpoint in the new era from the four levels of condition guarantee,school,family and society.Specifically: improve the school labor education evaluation system,strengthen the construction of labor education teachers,and enhance the development of labor education resources to improve the guarantee of labor education conditions;Effectively implement labor education courses,infiltrate labor viewpoint education in subject teaching,and strengthen labor viewpoint education in campus culture construction to expand the ways of cultivating labor viewpoint in schools;Transform the concept of labor education,establish a family style that advocates labor,and encourage children to actively participate in labor practice to strengthen the role of the family in labor viewpoint education;Optimize the media’s public opinion orientation,give play to the exemplary role of model workers,and improve the government’s policy support to build a good atmosphere for labor viewpoint education in the whole society.Through the educational impact of the above measures on primary school students,they will be guided to develop a correct concept of labor.
