| Labor has always played an important role in the history of human development.Labor is not only the basis of human survival,but also the driving force and source to promote the process of social development.As a special way of education,labor education plays an important role in promoting the sound mental development and healthy personality of primary school students.Carrying out labor education in the upper stage of primary school can not only cultivate students’ scientific labor values,form a correct labor attitude and cultivate excellent labor morality,but also comprehensively improve the comprehensive quality of primary school students.In recent years,primary school labor education has been widely concerned by the state and all sectors of society.On March 27,2020,the CPC Central Committee not only highly affirmed the importance of strengthening labor education,but also made clear guidelines for the specific implementation of labor education in the opinions on Comprehensively Strengthening labor education in universities,primary and secondary schools in the new era.This paper consists of five parts:The first part is the introduction.Including research background,research purpose and significance,relevant literature review at home and abroad and definition of core concepts.The second part is the investigation and Research on the current situation of labor education in the upper stage of primary school.Taking the teachers and students of N primary school in Hohhot as the research object,this study investigates and studies the cognition,content,approach and effect of labor education in N primary school through the methods of questionnaire,observation and case analysis,so as to understand the current situation of the implementation of labor education curriculum.The third part is the problems of labor education in the upper stage of primary school.According to the survey results,the research found that the difficulties faced by the implementation of the high-level labor education curriculum in N primary school mainly include:(1)the labor quality of primary school students needs to be improved,and the labor cognition and ability are low.(2)The status of labor education discipline is not high,and the curriculum implementation is formalized.(3)Primary school labor education lacks effective guarantee,and the construction of teachers and facilities is relatively weak.(4)Social resources need to be fully developed,and the utilization rate of existing resources and sites is low.The fourth part is the analysis of the causes of labor education in primary schools.According to the problems existing in the implementation of high-level labor education in primary school,the reasons for the problems are as follows:first,the labor values are incorrect.Second,the negative impact of exam oriented education.Third,there is a lack of effective coordination between schools and families.Fourth,the labor security system is not perfect.The fifth part is the practical strategy of high-level labor education in primary school.In order to effectively promote the effective practice of high-level labor education in primary schools,first,focus on establishing correct labor values,deepen the understanding of labor education,and cultivate correct labor attitude and excellent labor morality;Secondly,improve the labor education and security mechanism,strengthen the labor education and security with the cooperation of government and school,build the labor education position with the cooperation of family and school,and innovate the labor education mode with the cooperation of society and school;Thirdly,carry out vivid and effective labor education,improve the way of labor education,explore a variety of labor teaching methods,and implement the school system planning;Finally,coordinate the labor education forces of all parties,broaden family labor education resources,form educational joint forces,give play to the publicity guidance of media public opinion,put forward the practical strategies of high-level labor education in primary school,and then continuously strengthen high-level labor education in primary school.With the progress of the times,labor education must also speed up the pace of progress.Labor has always been the cornerstone of human social development,and labor education is still one of the main ways to improve people’s comprehensive quality.Through labor education,students can understand the true meaning of life,feel the beauty of life,and finally get a full soul.Paying attention to labor education is not only a necessary measure to implement the fundamental task of Building Morality and cultivating people,but also an important guarantee for cultivating all-round socialist builders and successors. |
