| This article mainly uses the Sprint finals of 2015-2019 Orienteering World Cup and the World Orienteering Championships as the research object,and analyzes the venue,map route,results and related factors.Analyze the relevant factors of the final venue,map route and winning time of the orienteering sprint competition.This study uses methods such as literature data method,expert interview method,logical analysis method and mathematical statistics method.In-depth analysis of the site characteristics,route design characteristics and winning time of sprint orienteering events provide a scientific basis for improving the training and competition level of my country’s sprint orienteering events and optimizing the design of the sprint orienteering events.1.The venue selection for the 2015-2019 Orienteering World Cup and World Championships sprint competition is relatively flat,with a drop of 5 meters and an average of23.9 meters.The proportion of water features is relatively low,with an average area of 8.48%.Among the vegetation characteristics,the proportion of obstructive vegetation is low,with an average area of 9.77%.The average area of sparse forest and open land is 17.5967%,the highest is 59.43%,the lowest is 2.74,and the deviation is large.The proportions of houses and residential areas,roads and paving areas were 36.2673% and 27.8913%,respectively.The international high-level sprint orienteering competition basically avoids venues with higher vegetation and water quality,and mainly chooses larger buildings and residential areas,roads,towns or villages as venues.2.Regardless of the type of station,the length of the line is basically controlled between 2.6km and 4.4 km,with an average of 22 checkpoints.The race route has the following rules: after the continuous short-circuit part,there must be a middle part or a longer part.In terms of quantity,six short-circuit sections will be scattered in a middle section or a long section.The short-distance part mainly studies the player’s ability to quickly extract map information and react quickly;In the middle-distance part,the player’s quick decision-making and speed endurance are mainly checked.The long-distance competition area mainly examines the athletes’ decision-making ability and route selection ability.Decision-making ability is the core of the road section.The quality of route selection directly affects the result of a single game;In the long-distance part,in addition to the need to have better physical fitness,other aspects are consistent with the long-distance part.The turn-back area mainly checks the player’s quick response and ability to quickly judge the position.3.The amount of climb has a significant positive correlation with winning time,and the amount of climb has a significant negative correlation with speed;speed also has a significant negative correlation with winning time.The objective factor that has a greater impact on the performance is the amount of climb.An increase in the amount of climb will significantly increase the winning time and slow down the player’s speed;The electronic timer used in the competition is a non-contact electronic device.The players do not need to slow down when they pass the checkpoints to punch in.The same distance of the line,the more checkpoints,indirectly reduce the player’s route choice in the competition.The difficulty is more beneficial to the competition results;In the line distance specified by the short-distance specification,the absolute speed of the athlete will decrease as the line length increases. |
