| Speed climbing is based on "hands and feet at the same point" as its basic climbing method.It not only requires athletes to move quickly and step on their feet quickly,but also requires the coordination of hands and feet,and every movement is completed dynamically.This research introduces Kinovea motion capture technology in the speed rock climbing(random track)project,uses video recording and image processing methods to capture the athletes’ trajectory and related data,and explores whether it can effectively monitor the athletes’ training,find problems,and explore the reasons.The data obtained in the experiment serves as an auxiliary basis for coaches’ training,provides technical support for coaches’ guidance,and guides athletes on the correct trajectory,helping to improve their performance,and thereby improving their athletic level.At the same time,verify the advancement and accuracy of the motion capture technology in speed climbing(random track)training,and promote the motion capture technology in the field of college rock climbing,improve the level of college rock climbers in my country,and promote the development of rock climbing in China.development of.In this study,6 speed climbers of different levels were selected as experimental subjects among the rock climbers of China University of Geosciences(Beijing)to conduct case studies.Through the method of literature data,expert interviews,stratified sampling and experimental methods,Kinovea motion capture was used.The software analyzes the motion trajectory of the experimental object,and combines it with video research to discover the characteristics of the athlete’s climbing,and draw the conclusion:(1)Excellent athletes can meet the technical requirements of speed climbing;(2)The length of the trajectory of this experiment,the average speed,the average of the two,and the stability and performance are not regular;(3)this The experimental subjects generally have starting misunderstandings: faster starting speeds can be obtained through buffering;(4)The movement trajectory of this subject generally has the phenomenon of center of gravity deviation,the trajectory is messy,and the ability needs to be improved.Reasons for analysis: lack of strength and imbalance in athletes’ limbs,wrong starting method,uncoordinated hand and foot coordination,poor rock wall perception,slow reaction speed,etc.are all factors that affect trajectory,speed,and stability,leading to poor athletic performance good.Based on the data obtained in the experiment,the coaches evaluate the athletes’ ability level,formulate targeted training plans for them,and strengthen theoretical guidance to provide athletes with technical improvement and trajectory optimization,and also provide some inspiration for athletes’ selection. |
