| In the domestic and foreign competitive stage,Heilongjiang Province table tennis team has always had excellent performance.Since 1996 Atlanta Olympic Games Kong Linghui,Jiao Zhimin and Wang Fei performed well in Sydney Olympic Games,a number of young players from Heilongjiang Province such as Yan Minghui,Zhang Lei,Qian Cheng,Wang Manyu,Che Xiaoxi,Wang Xuan and so on have made brilliant achievements in international and national competitions,which have won great honor for Heilongjiang Province and our country.However,while pursuing competitive achievements,they neglect the professional development of retired athletes,especially the career plan of retired athletes,and increasingly lack of research on the career plan of retired athletes.In this paper,taking Heilongjiang Province retired table tennis athletes career plan as the investigation object,combining with the concept definition of career plan,using the methods of literature,questionnaires,interview and mathematical statistics,the writer will study and analyze from the perspectives of the basic situation,employment orientation,employment situation and present problems of retired table tennis players in Heilongjiang Province,investigating and studying from the aspects of career plan and development strategies.Conclusions are listed as follows:(1)Retired table tennis players in Heilongjiang Province generally have professional dilemmas,which are manifested in the following aspects: great pressure of work after employment,the lack of development space,and most of them are discriminated by the workplace in the early stage of entering the workplace.(2)The professional orientation of retired table tennis players in Heilongjiang Province is not clear.(3)Most of the retired table tennis players in Heilongjiang Province are lack of career plan,have not set up the correct concept of career choice,and have a weak sense of employment.(4)The government’ s resettlement policy is not proper,the sports related departments ignore the cultural assessment of professional athletes,lack of awareness of learning knowledge and skills for athletes themselves,and be short of social security and employment security for retired athletes.At the personal level,retired athletes should comprehensively think about changing employment methods and channels in the face of the employment situation and the overall environment under the new situation,and at the same time improve their initiative in learning and keep learning and improving their comprehensive quality such as culture.As far as the national government is concerned,the government should improve and perfect the employment placement policy of retired athletes to help this part of the group realize more social value. |
