students,improve the physical health of primary and middle school students.To improve the physical health of primary and secondary school students,we must improve the educational effect of school physical education and develop the habit of physical exercise for teenagers.As one of the "three big balls",basketball has a high popularity and is deeply loved by the majority of primary school students.It is the main means for schools to promote the construction of school sports,and it is also listed as one of the school-based curriculum by the state.In recent years,Dalian has actively promoted the development of school-based basketball curriculum in primary schools and made some achievements.However,there are some outstanding problems hindering the further development of school-based basketball curriculum.Was seated in this article,therefore,dalian city elementary school as an example,the first through the literature analysis,clarify the basketball related concepts of school-based curriculum,school-based curriculum at home and abroad and the current basketball to carry out theoretical research and practical experience has carried on the induction and mathematical,secondly,through the integrated use of questionnaires,on-the-spot investigation and mathematical statistics research methods,from the course,teachers,schools and parents to the importance of investigation,to pursue the development features and the main problems;Finally,this paper puts forward the optimization countermeasures for the development of the school-based basketball curriculum in Dalian Ganjingzi District.The details are as follows:First,the current situation of primary school basketball school-based curriculum in Ganjingzi District.It mainly includes the implementation of "principal responsibility system".In terms of the hardware facilities of the course,the basketball court,basketball court and basketball hoop in each primary school can basically meet the requirements of the school-based basketball course.In terms of the financial guarantee of the curriculum,each primary school allocated special funds with different amounts for the development of the school-based basketball curriculum according to the actual situation of the school.Second,the development characteristics of primary school basketball school-based curriculum in Ganjingzi District.Through questionnaire survey and field survey,the school-based basketball curriculum in Primary schools in Ganjingzi District has formed a relatively distinct development characteristics.Mainly through the school-based curriculum,to solve the trouble back at home of teacher’s teaching and so on five aspects.Third,the attitude of the participants of primary school basketball school-based curriculum in Ganjingzi District.It mainly includes PE teachers,school leaders,pupils and their parents in four aspects.According to the survey results,among the above four participants,PE teachers have the most positive and supportive attitude towards basketball school-based curriculum.PE teachers show great enthusiasm both in the value cognition of basketball school-based curriculum and in the development of basketball school-based curriculum.The attitude of school leaders towards the school-based basketball course is greatly different due to the influence of their liking for basketball and other factors.The attitude of primary school students towards school-based basketball curriculum is directly determined by their participation motivation and learning interest.The majority of parents are supportive of the school-based basketball curriculum,while very few are negative.Was seated four is put forward the optimization of school-based curriculum in elementary school basketball
