Research On The Status Quo And Countermeasures Of "small Basketball" On Campus In Chang'an District, Xi'an

In November 2017,the Chinese Basketball Association put forward the slogan of"small basketball,big dream" and released the "small basketball" related policy."Small basketball" refers to the basketball game of children under 12 years old.The introduction of small basketball has great help to the physical and mental health needs of children and adolescents in China.It also distinguishes the difference between basketball and small basketball.It belongs to the children's own basketball project and can provide backup talents for the basketball industry in China.In the context of the promotion of the "small basketball" campaign,this paper investigates and analyzes the current situation of the "small basketball" in the primary school campus of Chang'an District,Xi'an,and will specifically explore and investigate the problems existing in the popularization and promotion of small basketball in the primary school campus.Analyze and analyze the factors affecting the development of campus basketball in Chang'an District of Xi'an,and explore its countermeasures for optimization.To provide a theoretical reference for the promotion and popularization of the"small basketball" movement in the Chang'an District of Xi'an,and promote the implementation of the "Little Basketball" campaign in the Chang'an District Primary School Campus.This paper uses the literature method,expert interview method,questionnaire survey method and other research methods to investigate the seven basketball schools in Chang'an District of Xi'an,and the students' awareness of small basketball in these seven schools,the attention and attention channels of basketball games.And students'love for basketball and the proportion of students who play basketball,investigate and analyze the teacher's faculty,small basketball training,and conduct research and interviews with parents and school leaders.The current situation and existing problems of the seven schools were analyzed and discussed,and corresponding countermeasures and solutions were proposed.Through the investigation and analysis of these seven primary schools in Chang'an District,we can get the following results.Each school has expenditures on basketball every year.More than half of the school's basketball expenditures exceed 5,000 yuan.The teacher's faculty is Small basketball has a great influence on campus promotion.The number of basketball-specific teachers in colleges and universities accounted for one-third of the total number of physical education teachers.The number of physical education teachers who participated in small basketball teaching and training was less than 30%of the total number of physical education teachers.The number of students in basketball is also no more than 30%of the total number of students.Only 15%of students spend basketball in their spare time,while students who regularly participate in small basketball games do not exceed 10%,and more than 40%of parents support small basketball campus promotion.The research conclusions are as follows:1."Small Basketball" is currently highly implementable in various primary schools in Chang'an District.Primary school students generally prefer the "Little Basketball"campaign.The campus is in good condition and the support of students can be more smoothly driven.The promotion of small basketball sports on campus.2.At present,although the "small basketball" movement has begun to be gradually promoted on the campus,most schools have insufficient "small basketball" venues,and the situation of equipment and facilities is not standardized.3.In the past year or two,various schools are introducing a large number of young basketball teachers,but the core problems still exist.There is no unified small basketball school in the school,and there is a big gap in the teaching of "small basketball".There is no clear teaching goal for teachers to teach,and the theoretical knowledge of "small basketball" is not solid enough.4."Small Basketball" is a development plan proposed by the Chinese Basketball Association to strengthen the physical fitness of young children and cultivate national reserve talents.However,due to the lack of relevant leading documents of the Ministry of Education,there are many resistances,single promotion channels,and grassroots implementation plans.Unclear,the current situation of the "small basketball" movement in most school campuses is not ideal,and the actual participation of students is not enough.5.The influence of the "small basketball" movement is not enough.The students'awareness of the "small basketball" movement is generally insufficient.The level of the basketball teams in each school is not uniform,and there is a general lack of ability to participate in high-level competitions.
