The 21 st century is the era of rapid development of knowledge economy and the era when education and learning occupy the core position.Under the guidance of the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education,our physical education curriculum system should fully reflect the characteristics of The Times and Chinese characteristics.The reform and development of physical education curriculum should comprehensively promote quality education,and the emergence of local curriculum and school-based curriculum plays a role in improving and developing the curriculum structure under the unified national planning.In order to respond to the call of national sunshine sports,schools with different characteristics carry out different PE school-based curriculum,which has become an important symbol of the current school sports reform.Calisthenics,with its unique body-building and heart-building function,has been widely used in the physical education curriculum of primary schools and has gradually become one of the main sports items in the physical education curriculum of primary schools.In the process of learning calisthenics,primary school students can achieve physical and mental health,cultivate physical coordination ability,improve interest in physical exercise,develop good physical exercise habits,and eventually form a lifelong sports thought.This paper takes the current situation of school-based aerobics course in the primary school of daoli district of Harbin as the research object,the PE teachers and students in the primary school of daoli district of Harbin as the investigation object,and takes the school-based aerobics course in zhaolin primary school of Harbin as the case study.Through the literature material law,questionnaire investigation,expert interview method,mathematical statistics and case analysis of Harbin daoli district primary school aerobics information on the development of school-based curriculum,the teachers,the teachers and students of aerobics aspects such as the attitude of the school-based curriculum research,explore the daoli district of Harbin.The problems and deficiencies of school-based curriculum in elementary school aerobics,aerobics school-based curriculum development countermeasures are put forward.The following conclusions are drawn:1.The opening rate of school-based aerobics courses in primary schools in daoli district of Harbin is low,with only 19% of surveyed schools offering school-based aerobics courses.Has opened the aerobics school-based curriculum schools,the teaching content is mainly composed of the school characteristics of self-made aerobics,teaching methods and means are relatively simple.2.There are 14 primary schools in daoli district of Harbin with indoor venues,which meet the requirements of setting up school-based aerobics courses,accounting for 66.7% of the total number of schools under investigation.3.The imbalance between male and female physical education teachers,the lack of professional aerobics teachers,the lack of scientific research ability,the lack of professional aerobics training and other problems limit the development of school-based aerobics courses.4.Primary school students in daoli district of Harbin have high enthusiasm in learning aerobics and support the development of school-based aerobics courses.5.The aerobics school-based curriculum of zhaolin primary school in Harbin is standardized and reasonable,with various forms of development and extensibility.The following countermeasures are proposed for the school-based curriculum development of aerobics in primary schools in daoli district,Harbin:1.Give full play to the advantages of aerobics project and dig into the sports art resources of daoli district2.Strengthen the construction of primary school aerobics teachers3.Improve the teaching environment of aerobics school-based courses4.Follow the forefront of theoretical research to continuously stimulate students' learning motivation5.Invite experts to guide and strengthen inter-school communication and learning...
