The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between emotional resilience,academic pressure and depression tendency of high school students,and to develop effective group counseling programs to improve their emotional resilience.In the first study,the emotional resilience Questionnaire for Teenagers,Academic Stress Questionnaire for Middle school students and CES-D were used to examine the emotional resilience,academic stress and depression tendency of high school students and their relationship with each other.By constructing the total effect model of emotional resilience on depression tendency and the mediating effect model of academic stress,the mediating effect of academic stress on emotional resilience and depression tendency was further explored.In study 2,the experimental group and control group were tested before and after the experiment.The experimental group received group counseling on emotional resilience,while the control group received weekly routine school mental health classes.According to the characteristics of emotional resilience intervention,the group auxiliary program of this study is designed with the cognitive and behavioral regulation of negative emotional experience as the main idea,and the cognitive and behavioral regulation of positive emotional experience as the auxiliary idea.Finally,the results of repeated measurement an OVA showed that there were no significant differences between the experimental group and the control group in terms of emotional resilience,academic stress and depression tendency.In the post-test,the emotional resilience of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group.The academic stress level and depression tendency of the experimental group were significantly lower than that of the control group.Based on the above results,this study mainly draws the following conclusions:(1)The emotional resilience level of high school students can significantly negatively predict their depression tendency.(2)The emotional resilience level of high school students can significantly predict their academic pressure negatively.(3)Academic pressure of high school students can significantly predict their depression tendency.(4)Academic pressure of high school students plays a part of mediating role in the influence of emotional resilience on depression tendency.(5)Emotional resilience Group counseling can improve the emotional resilience of high school students and reduce individual academic pressure and depression tendency.
