| In recent years,with the country’s attention to the early childhood education,especially after the society began to realize the importance of children’s family education for their personal future comprehensive development,the state has issued a series of policy documents to make up for the past work loopholes in the guidance of family education for children,providing an important guarantee for the smooth development of family education guidance activities.As an important participant and influence in the process of children’s growth,kindergarten teachers are an important link between kindergarten and parents.They provide systematic,scientific and comprehensive family education guidance for parents with their own professional knowledge in preschool education,which is conducive to promoting the healthy development of children’s body and mind,improving the level of family education in China,and improving the parents’ self-reliance The level of physical education is also conducive to the overall development of preschool teachers and the improvement of the quality of kindergarten education.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the relevant contents of preschool teachers’ family education guidance.The main content of this paper was divided into four parts:The first part introduced the research background and significance of the article,combs the domestic and foreign research literature related to family education guidance,pointed out the research hotspot and development trend in the academic field,analyzed the importance of family guidance education for preschool teachers,and analyzed the concepts of supply and demand,family education and family educationguidance,and finally analyzed this paper research ideas and methods.The second part studied the current situation of family education guidance in five window kindergartens in Guiyang from the perspective of supply and demand.By using the methods of questionnaire,interview and observation,this paper conducted a scientific and comprehensive interview and questionnaire surveyed on the parents and teachers of these five kindergartens.Through the survey and interview questionnaire,we understood the current situation of relevant work from the supply and demand sides of the family education guidance of preschool teachers.From the demand side,this paper studied the cognition and attitude of parents to family education guidance,the way to obtain relevant knowledge,the guidance content,form,time,market,frequency and providers that parents need.The form,content,time,duration,frequency and competency of family guidance provided by teachers were studied from the provider side.In the third part,through the analysis and in-depth study of the relevant survey data,the author found that the current five kindergartens in the teacher family education guidance work needed to be in-depth,the content needed to be strengthened,did not match the needs of parents,the guidance ability needs to be improved,and the competency is not enough.And pointed out that the relevant system needs to be improved,the lack of professional teachers,parents do not pay enough attention to and other reasons were the main reasons for the above problems.In the fourth part,based on the investigation of the current situation and the research and analysis of the related problems,the author proposes to strengthen the construction of the teaching staff from the two dimensions of the supply and demand of the family education guidance.The focus is to set up a group of tutors to train the teachers;to establish a good sense of family education guidance,the focus is to deepen the sense of service and enhance the sense of cooperation;to improve the organization and management,we should pay attention to the following aspects The key points are to establish the relevant system,improve the organizational system and strengthen the assessment;strive to match the actual needs of parents and improve the service pertinence;strive to improve the teachers’ sense of competence and other coping strategies. |
