| Research Purpose:With the rapid increase of obesity population in China,the method of weight loss has also become one of the hot spots in sports scientific research.Aerobic exercise is taken as the main way to lose weight traditionally.In recent years,the effect of high-intensity exercise on weight loss has attracted the attention of many people.This research analyzed the body shape,exercise ability,heart rate variability and other indicators of obese adolescents,aiming to reveal the degree of influence of aerobic exercise and TABATA exercise on the exercise ability and autonomic nervous system function of obese adolescents,and to explore scientific methods and fitness guidance for weight loss research among adolescents.Research objects and methods:It was the methods of documentary,experimental measurement and mathematical statistics that were used in this research.First of all,this paper analyzed,generalized and summarized the relevant literatures on exercise weight loss,heart rate variability and so on to provide a theoretical basis for its writing.Then 45 obese male students aged 13 to 15 with BMI of 26-28 kg/m2 from Grade 1 to Grade 2 of junior high school were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into three groups(TABATA training group,aerobic exercise group and control group),15 in each group,receiving the training intervention for 8 weeks.The test indicators include three aspects: body shape such as height,weight,body composition;sports ability such as 1000-meter race,throwing solid ball,standing long jump;heart rate variation indicators such as LF,HF,LF/HF,SDNN and RMSSD.Results:Research results:In terms of body shape,the body weight,BMI,fat mass and body fat rate of the aerobic exercise group significantly decreased(P<0.01,P<0.05,P<0.01,P<0.01).After the experiment,TABATA group’s muscle mass and basal metabolic rate apparently increased(P<0.05,P<0.01),while fat mass and body fat rate significantly decreased(P<0.05,P< 0.05).TABATA group got significantly higher value in body weight,BMI,fat mass,body fat rate,lean body weight,muscle mass,and basal metabolic rate than that of the aerobic exercise group(P<0.01,P<0.05,P<0.05,P<0.05,P<0.05,P<0.05,P<0.01).In terms of exercise ability,aerobic exercise group performed obviously better in1000-meter race after the experiment than that before the experiment(P<0.05);TABATAgroup got significantly better results in throwing solid balls and standing long jump after the experiment than that before the experiment(P<0.01);TABATA group performed significantly better in throwing solid balls and standing long jump after the experiment than those in the aerobic exercise group(P<0.01).In terms of heart rate variation,aerobic exercise group had significantly higher indicators in RMSSD,LF after the experiment than those before the experiment(P < 0.01);TABATA group got higher levels in SDNN,RMSSD,LF,HF after the experiment than those before the experiment(P < 0.01);as for TABATA group after the experiment,it got significantly higher SDNN than that of the control group and aerobic exercise group(P < 0.01,P < 0.05).After the experiment,LF,HF indicators were significantly higher than control group(P<0.05,P<0.05),or the aerobic exercise group(P<0.05,P<0.05).Research conclusion:1.Both aerobic exercise and TABATA exercise can promote the improvement of the body shape of obese adolescents aged 13 to 15.Aerobic exercise can improve the body shape by reducing fat content and body fat rate.TABATA exercise can not only reduce fat,but also increase the muscle mass of obese adolescents,improve the basal metabolic rate,and help maintain the weight loss effect.2.Aerobic exercise and TABATA exercise have different focuses in promoting the improvement of exercise ability of obese adolescents aged 13 to 15.8-week aerobic exercise has an obvious effect on the performance of obese adolescents in the 1000-meter race,suggesting that it has an advantage in promoting the improvement of aerobic endurance.TABATA exercise has a significant effect on the improvement of obese adolescents in throwing solid ball and standing long jump,suggesting that it has an advantage in promoting upper limb strength and lower limb explosive power.3.TABATA training is more effective than aerobic exercise in improving the cardiac autonomic nervous system function of obese adolescents aged 13 to 15,and has more obvious effects on increasing heart rate variability,improving parasympathetic sensitivity,and correcting the imbalance of sympathetic and parasympathetic sensitivity. |
