[Objective]: This paper comprehensively measured and analyzed the motor ability and autonomic nervous function of Mongolian middle school students aged 13-18 years,to understand the motor ability(grip strength,50-meter running, one minute sit-up,standing long jump,800-meter running(female),1000-meter running(male),autonomic nervous function status and characteristics with age,and to understand the differences. The difference of exercise ability between age and different blood pressure response types can provide reference materials for strengthening the physique of puberty Mongolian middle school students and arranging fitness plan reasonably. The "cold pressure" non-invasive experimental method for examining self-disciplined nervous function can be used as a method for students’ physique measurement and provide reference data.Material research program.[Method]: Mongolian middle school students aged 13-18 were selected as the research subjects, including 307 boys and 298 girls, totaling 605 students.According to the detailed rules of physical health investigation and testing of students in China, the motor ability(grip strength,50-meter running, one minute sit-ups,standing long jump,800-meter running(female),1000-meter running(male)was tested, and the self-disciplined nervous function was tested by cold pressure-boosting test method of non-invasive test. All data were expressed by mean(+standard deviation).Single factor analysis of variance was used to compare the differences among different groups of quantitative data.LSD method was used to compare two groups of data.Chi-square test was used to test the differences between groups of counting data.Significance test level was P< 0.05.[Results]: [Result]:(1)There were significant differences in blood pressure response between boys and girls under different conditions(F =4.09,P < 0.05;F = 10.43,P < 0.01,respectively).(2)There was nosignificant difference in the pressor response between boys and girls with age(F = 1.17,P > 0.05;F = 1.06,P > 0.05,respectively).(3)There was no significant difference in the general abnormal, low and normal reactions with age(F = 0.04,P > 0.05;F = 1.04,P > 0.05;F = 0.44,P >0.05).(4)The number of low responders was 393,accounting for 64.93%;the number of normal responders was 171,accounting for 28.26%;and the number of supernormal responders was 41,accounting for 6.78%.There was a significant difference among different blood pressure response types(P < 0.01).(5)The results of left hand grip(left hand)of boys and girls aged 13-18 showed significant difference with age(F =27.70,P < 0.01;F = 2.75,P < 0.01);the results of right hand grip(right hand)of boys and girls showed significant difference with age(F = 33.50,P < 0.01;F = 3.401,P < 0.01);The results showed significant difference with age(F = 6.86,P < 0.01;F = 5.941,P < 0.01);the results of sit-ups of boys and girls showed significant difference with age(F = 4.22,P < 0.01;F = 2.17,P < 0.01);the results of standing long jumps of boys and girls showed significant difference with age.(F = 7.60,P < 0.01;F = 3.40,P <0.01).The results of boys’ 1000-meter race and girls’ 800-meter race showed significant differences with age(F = 2.76,P < 0.01;F = 3.40,P <0.01,respectively).(6)There was no significant difference in exercise ability and blood pressure response types among boys of different ages(P > 0.05).(7)The results of 800-meter race of 13-year-old girls were significantly different among different types of blood pressure reaction(P<0.05),which showed abnormal reaction > normal reaction > low reaction;the results of grip strength(right hand)of 17-year-old girls were significantly different among different types of blood pressure reaction(P<0.05),which showed low reaction > abnormal reaction > normal reaction > normal reaction 18.The results of standing long jump of female students aged 15 showed significant difference among different types of blood pressure response(P < 0.05),which showed abnormalresponse > normal response > low response.[Conclusion]:(1)There is no age difference or gender difference in the types of pressor response among students.(2)In the aspect of autonomic nervous system,64.93% of the students were in abnormal reaction,6.78%were in low reaction and 28.26% were in normal reaction.(3)The performance of students’ sports ability increases with age.(4)There was no significant difference in motor ability among boys aged 13-18 years old with low reaction, normal reaction and abnormal reaction.(5)There are differences in 800-metre running performance among 13-year-old girls’ low reaction, normal reaction and abnormal reaction. There are differences in grip strength(right hand)performance among 17-year-old girls’ low reaction, normal reaction and abnormal reaction. There are differences in standing long jump performance among 18-year-old girls’ low reaction, normal reaction and abnormal reaction.(6)Girls of low reaction type had the best results in handgrip(right hand)at 17 years old, while girls of supernormal reaction type had the best results in 800 meters running at 13 years old and standing long jump at 18 years old.
