| With the rapid development of China’s higher education,education funds are often in short supply due to the impact of factors such as the substantial increase of capital construction and personnel wage investment,rising prices and insufficient financial allocation.In order to solve the problem of shortage of funds,colleges/universities have begun to reduce the input funds of logistics year by year,which puts forward higher requirements for the use of logistics funds in colleges/universities.The fine management of funds through financial budget can not only effectively solve the problem of fund overrun in university logistics,but also increase revenue and reduce expenditure for colleges/universities on the basis of good service guarantee work,and has important practical significance for the sustainable development of university logistics.Therefore,budget management will become an important issue for the current logistics of colleges/universities work.In this paper the logistics of Y University is taken as the research object.Taking the research of financial budget management system as the breakthrough point,the problems existing in the financial budget management of Y University logistics are discussed from four aspects: budget preparation,implementation,control,and evaluation using the methods of literature review,interview survey and factor analysis based on the current situation and the problems exposed in the actual operation process.This paper analyzes the problems,puts forward the corresponding financial budget optimization design scheme,investigates the effect of financial budget management through the questionnaire and puts forward the guarantee measures of the design scheme through the inductive analysis.The research of this paper not only provides the basis for the financial budget management construction of Y University logistics,but also has a certain reference function for the financial budget management of other colleges and universities. |
