With the rapid development of China’s economy,higher education tends to be popular,and the enrollment scale of graduate students continues to expand,among which the number of interdisciplinary graduate students continues to increase,showing an obvious upward trend.As a highly inclusive discipline,pedagogy has witnessed an increasing number of interdisciplinary graduate applicants in recent years,which has brought many problems,among which the problem of interdisciplinary students’ difficulty in adapting to study is particularly prominent,posing a challenge to the cultivation of interdisciplinary graduate students.Therefore,the research on the learning dilemma and training needs of interdisciplinary pedagogy graduate students aims to lead interdisciplinary graduate students to get rid of the learning dilemma and provide empirical basis for the decision-making reference of the training department.On the basis of combing the relevant research to interdisciplinary graduate group as the research object,through the interview investigation,case analysis and other methods to collect research data and interview data to make use of Nvivo software level 3 code analysis to interdisciplinary graduate school performance,training requirements of different kinds of interdisciplinary graduate studies to erase,found that the interdisciplinary graduate studies predicament is mainly due to the learning style,professional basis,subject thinking difference is caused by three factors.Students of science and engineering have been doing experiments and data operation in the laboratory for a long time,which has formed their subject thinking adapted to the original major learning and their learning mode different from that of pedagogy.The students of literature,history and other social sciences are also different from those of pedagogy in subject thinking and learning mode.These interdisciplinary students have not been systematically studied in educational disciplines and lack professional foundation.It is these differences that lead to the difficulty in adapting to the education subjects.Through interviews,investigation,case analysis and other methods to study the training needs of interdisciplinary graduate students,it is found that their training needs can be embodied in the aspects of basic professional guidance,academic research guidance,and future career guidance combined with the characteristics of their existing disciplines.Based on the learning needs of interdisciplinary graduate students,we should help interdisciplinary graduate students get rid of the difficulties in learning and cultivate interdisciplinary graduate students in pedagogy.In terms of concept,we should establish a pluralistic and open training concept.Adhere to the people-oriented,all-round development.In terms of curriculum setting,basic elective courses should be added.Attach importance to the evaluation of course work and give timely feedback;According to the needs of students’ career development,vocational guidance courses are offered.In terms of teaching methods,flexible and diverse teaching methods should be carried out,and systematic teaching should be combined with personalized guidance.In terms of learning style,we should strengthen independent learning and make them actively cope with learning difficulties.Encourage cooperative learning and promote the integration of learning theory and practice.
