With the popularization and popularization of higher education,more and more undergraduate graduates choose to continue to study for graduate students.Interdisciplinary has also attracted more and more scholars' attention.Most scholars study the training strategies of interdisciplinary graduate students from the theoretical level.Among the many strategies to improve the quality of interdisciplinary graduate education,the learning experience is based on the "student-oriented" concept,reflecting the quality of education from the subjective experience of students,which is an important perspective for assessing the quality of graduate education.In order to present the learning experience of interdisciplinary postgraduates in education,this research is based on customer experience theory and student development theory,and adopts interview research methods.Interdisciplinary postgraduates from the School of Educational Science of H University are interviewed.On the basis of purposeful sampling,qualified interdisciplinary graduate students are selected for in-depth interviews to collect data.On the basis of detailed analysis of the data,the data is subjected to a generic analysis,which is analyzed from the experiences of "learning adaptation","learning process",and "learning harvest and reflection",presenting interdisciplinary graduate students in education State of the learning experience.The research results show that the motivation for admission of interdisciplinary graduate students is diverse;Disciplinary cultural differences are important influencing factors for interdisciplinary graduate studies;In addition,the learning experience of interdisciplinary graduate students is also affected by other factors,For example,personal knowledge of majors,differences in mentor guidance,and the way colleges train interdisciplinary graduate students can all influence the learning experience of interdisciplinary graduate students.In order to optimize the learning experience of interdisciplinary postgraduates in education,optimization and improvement need to be made from the personal level of the graduate,the level of the tutor and the school.First of all,interdisciplinary graduate students must have a forward-looking consciousness and actively do personal debugging;Secondly,the tutor should provide targeted guidance in combination with the existing discipline background of interdisciplinary graduate students to enhance students' self-confidence;Finally,schools should face up to the problems of professional adaptation and training of interdisciplinary graduate students,and strengthen guidance and education for interdisciplinary graduate students.On the basis of improving the learning experience of interdisciplinary postgraduates in education,the training quality of interdisciplinary postgraduates will be improved.
