A Study On The Survival State Of Liaoning Special Post Teachers’ Early Career Under The Perspective Of Role Theory

From an ontological point of view,Liaoning Province has implemented the “One School One Teacher Student in Rural Schools” plan in 2007,and the relevant policies have a long time span and a large number of personnel.However,the Liaoning Special Post Program is different from the National Special Post Teacher Program.It is directly completed and has a five-year service period.After the service period,there is no special recruitment and selection,etc.To resolve the conflict between work and family,either professional resignation or family divorce,this is a question worth pondering.What is the reason for the stability of special post teachers in special post schools?,The family stability of special post teachers? What is the real living condition of the provincial special post teachers?From the perspective of value theory,clarifying the true living conditions of special post teachers in Liaoning Province provides a new reference for the development of the follow-up special post teachers’ supporting plan in Liaoning Province,and provides a new direction for the retention measures of special post teachers in the province.From the perspective of individual teachers,it is to attract attention for their living conditions,from the special post school to retain educational talents,and from the perspective of rural education development,it is to retain educational power to ensure education equity in difficult and remote areas below the county level.From a methodological point of view,this paper adopts qualitative research methods.Will be divided into different roles according to their survival conditions at the beginning of their careers.The research process first determines the research object according to the design and conducts the research process,analyzes the growth history and current survival field of the research object,expands and analyzes the occupational role and life role of the research object,and conducts the survival of the occupational dimension and the life dimension according to the role analysis Status summary,and finally discussion and suggestionsr.
