The Influence Of The Violator’s Intention On The Third-party Compensation Behavior Of The Senior Elementary School Students

Since ancient times,justice has been the pursuit of a humane society.Justice can guarantee people’s reasonable income and make society run according to certain rules.Justice has an important influence on people’s feelings,attitudes and behavior,and when faced with unfair results,even third parties with unrelated interests are often willing to pay a price to uphold fairness and justice.Third-party fair conduct is also known as third-party al-alism,including third-party compensation and third-party punishment.However,in recent years,with the occurrence of a number of moral landslides,people have become suspicious of doing good.Moreover,violators are often shown more blame or punishment,but little praise or compensation is shown to victims or those who do good.The results of the existing literature search results mainly focus on the study of third-party punishment,and the research on third-party compensation is still in its infancy,and its emotional mechanism needs to be further deepened.Therefore,this study intends to take the senior students of primary school as the object of study,the third-party compensation behavior for further research.Using behavioral experiment and story method respectively,this paper takes the senior grade of primary school as the research sample,and conducts three studies,which discuss the influence of the violator’s intention on the third-party compensation,the intermediary role of moral anger and the regulation of the violator’s quality information.The following conclusions were drawn from the study:1.The violator’s intention has a significant effect on the third-party compensation behavior of the senior elementary school students,and the main effect of the violator’s intention is significant.In cases where the violator intends to do so,the person experiences more third-party compensation.2.Moral anger plays a part in the intermediary role in the violator’s intention to compensate third-party compensation to senior elementary school students.3.The main effect of trait information is significant,and senior elementary school students will carry out more third-party compensation behavior in the face of non-compliance with negative personality traits.4.When the violator is negative trait information,regardless of whether the violator intentionally or unintentionally,the individual will implement more third-party compensation behavior,while the violator is in the positive trait information,in the case of the violator intentionally,the individual implemented compensation measures less than in the case of the violator unintentionally.5.The trait information plays a regulating role in the influence of the violators intention on third-party compensation.
