| Obara Kuniyoshi is a famous Educationist in Japan.His educational thought and practice enjoy an international reputation.The thought of labor education is an important part of Obara Kuniyoshi’s educational thought,which has a far-reaching influence on the educational pattern of Japan and even the Asian region.This paper tries to present Obara Kuniyoshi’s original thought of labor education and explore its contemporary value based on the current reality of China’s labor education.This paper consists of three parts: introduction,text and conclusion.The introduction mainly makes a brief statement from the reasons of topic selection,research significance,literature review,research key points and difficulties and innovation points.The first chapter discusses the formation of Obara Kuniyoshi’s labor education thought,which explores Obara Kuniyoshi’s historical background and life circumstances,traces his ideological origin,finds out the realistic and theoretical basis of his thought of labor education,and makes a historical review of his thought of labor education.Obara Kuniyoshi,who keeps studying hard,not only draws nourishment from Japanese and Chinese Confucianism,but also excavates the essence of western education,religion and philosophy for his own use,forming his unique labor education thought.The second chapter explores the theoretical connotation of Obara Kuniyoshi’s labor education thought.This study summarizes it as the objective view,the essence view and the way view of labor education.The objective view takes shaping the holistic person as the purpose of labor education and builds a bridge between labor education and holistic person education.The essence view clarifies the attributes of labor education,such as eliminating the false and preserving the true,self-learning and self-discipline,and unity of opposites.The approach view highlights the essential links of labor education by centering on trial,experience,thinking and creation.They jointly constructed the ideal form of labor education.The third chapter,the practice of Obara Kuniyoshi’s labor education thought in Tamagawa Academy.As an experimental field of labor education,Obara Kuniyoshi takes a series of labor education activities in Tamagawa Academy as the annotation of labor ideology and theory.On the one hand,it puts forward the concept of "labor field" and its important position in the practice of labor education.The material work field is mainly realized through the overall construction inside and outside the school,and the systematic work department,the reasonable division of labor,and the scientific work time.The spiritual work field is mainly embodied in the school song,school motto of Tamagawa Academy.On the other hand,to carry out phased labor education practice,involving kindergarten,primary school,middle school three learning stages,different stages have their own characteristics.Chapter four,the influence and contemporary value of Obara Kuniyoshi’s thought of labor education.Based on the consideration of modernization and localization,some enlightenment of Obara Kuniyoshi’s thought of labor education is obtained: First,the concept of labor education pointing to innovation enables students to practice free and present labor;the second,from the standpoint of labor education,we should pay attention to the continuous growth,comprehensive growth and pleasant growth of the students.The third is the content of labor education should related to consumption,which brings consumption elements into the connotation of labor education in the new era;fourthly,we should create a labor education community with multiple participation,improve teachers’ quality of labor education,create a family atmosphere of labor education,and strengthen labor education research;fifth,the labor education environment should pay attention to the participation of the body,in the physical environment and cultural environment,natural environment and social environment through,to achieve physical and mental harmony of labor education. |
