Based On The Concept Of Whole-Person Education In Primary School Labor Education Curriculum Implementation Research

Abstract/Summary:
Labor education is the objective need to adhere to and develop socialism with Chinese characteristics and the basic requirement to fully implement the party’s educational policy.In the area of labour education and its curriculum implementation,although at the macro level the relevant departments of the party and the state have issued a number of policies on the promotion of labour education,since the new edition of the autumn edition of the 2021“Labor” has also been successfully introduced into the curriculum of primary and secondary schools,labor education seems to have received strong support and implementation from the top down,but in fact there are still a series of practical difficulties.Labor education,as an important part of the five education,plays an important role in the all-round development of students.This research focuses on labor education in primary schools,takes the implementation of labor curriculum as the main object of study,and takes the whole-person education idea which is consistent with the labor curriculum idea as the theoretical foundation of the research,this paper mainly adopts the method of literature,interview and case to explore the curriculum of labor education in primary schools under the concept of whole-person education,and tries to clarify the pattern of the curriculum of labor education in primary schools under this concept,based on the description and analysis of its“One-sided” predicament,this paper puts forward the strategies to promote the implementation of labor education curriculum in primary schools under the concept of whole-person education,so as to promote students’ all-round development,train the whole person.The idea of whole-person education aims at striking a balance between the educational aims of social-based and individual-based education,which attaches importance to both social values and human values,it emphasizes the development of man’s reason,emotion,body and mind,aesthetic feeling,creativity and spiritual potential,which reflects the essence of Marxism’s theory of man’s all-round development.Based on the concept of whole-person education,the curriculum goal of labor education in primary schools advocates that the cultivation of individual values should promote the whole through hard work The implementation of the curriculum is to break through the limitations of the traditional classroom as a field of work,students have experience with nature,society related;The evaluation of curriculum needs to pay attention to the process of labor as education and the change of students’ behavior,thought and emotion.However,in reality,the development of the curriculum of labor education in schools mainly exists the following dilemma,which is influenced by instrumental rationality in the goal of labor education,and the teachers have deviation in the goal of labor education,in the teaching process,the teaching resources are scattered,and the teaching contents are shallow,which can not meet the needs of students’ ability development and teaching value,lack of the ability to integrate and utilize the existing resources;relatively fixed in the form of implementation and evaluation,due to the influence of traditional teaching forms,teaching can not be carried out in a variety of practical forms that use both hands and brains,it leads to students’ shortcomings in the development of labor literacy,and the evaluation of curriculum implementation can not avoid the tendency of results and formalization.The appearance of these problems is analyzed subjectively and influenced by the concept of value.The long-standing domestic viewpoint of“The laborer governs man with his heart,and the laborer governs man with his heart” separates mental labor from physical labor,and the teacher’s own professional ability also limits the content selection and implementation of the curriculum of labor education.Objectively,the resources of labor education are short because of the lack of co-ordination and management,the lack of evaluation mechanism also limits the diversified development of laborion curriculum,and ultimately limits the overall promotion of labor literacy.In view of this,The curriculum of labor education in primary schools under the guidance of concept should be based on five aspects,such as educational concept,curriculum content,curriculum resources,practice form and evaluation system..To be specific,first,it is necessary to update the concept of labor in schools,teachers,parents and students.Labor education is not something that can be accomplished behind closed doors,the curriculum of labor education is not limited to the teaching of single-line connection between teachers and students.It needs the cooperation of school,Family and society,therefore,at the school level,it is necessary to form an understanding of both instrumental and humanistic values of curriculum,at the teacher level,it is necessary to realize the change from activity view to curriculum view,and at the parent level,it is necessary to reach a consensus,at the student level,we should realize the transformation from hands-on activities to the promotion of the spirit;secondly,we should integrate the content of the curriculum of labor education,realize the internal relation of knowledge in the horizontal direction,and realize the growth of individual experience in the vertical direction;We should combine the available curriculum resources of labor education,including environment resources,human resources,teaching resources,audio-visual resources,parents resources,natural resources,social resources,etc.Fourthly,we should carry out labor education activities in various forms of practice,such as Labor Week activities,theme-based activities,project-based activities,etc.,according to the different evaluation subjects of the content of labor education,the content of evaluation covers the four elements of the development of labor literacy,and at the same time,it pays attention to the key points,and the evaluation method highlights the combination of the performance at ordinary times and the stage comprehensive evaluation.The implementation of the curriculum of labor education in primary schools is the inevitable choice to realize the combination of five educations.Based on the concept of whole-person education,this study describes the all-round development of the curriculum of labor education,reveals the current one-sided difficulties,and then put forward the implementation strategy of the curriculum of labor education under the support of the concept.In order to promote the labor education curriculum to become a real landing in the campus,and ultimately promote the overall development of students.
