The country vigorously develops camp education.Camp instructors are one of the important factors to promote the development of camp education.The improvement of training quality during the training of camp instructors in China requires the evaluation and suggestions of trainees on training,and then objectively analyzes the current training in camp instructors Problems and deficiencies,and put forward targeted suggestions for them to promote the development of camp instructor training in China.This article takes the training satisfaction of the camp instructor training classes in our country as the research object,refers to the Chinese university satisfaction model and the university teaching quality satisfaction model,and establishes the main factors that affect the training satisfaction through the questionnaire survey method,expert interview method and statistical analysis method There are teacher services,management services,training facilities,training effects,and post-services.Based on this,we have constructed training satisfaction evaluation indicators for the camp instructor training classes in China,and calculated the satisfaction index of each dimension and the overall training satisfaction index through analysis.And analyze the difference of satisfaction survey factors.Through research and analysis,it is concluded that the overall satisfaction index of trainees for training camp instructors in China is 86.7,which is at a relatively high level.The satisfaction index of each dimension from high to low is ranked as follows:teacher service(91.7),training facility(88.9),training effect(86.5),management service(85.5),post-service(79.5).There are significant differences in gender,age,and academic qualifications among the four dimensions of trainee service,management service,training effect,and post-service.There are no significant differences in training facilities in terms of gender,age,and academic qualifications.The majority of the students participating in the camp instructor training class in China are students,and the students have relatively lack of practical experience in camp education.The purpose of the training is to reserve more professional knowledge and skills and better adapt to social needs in the future.Most of the trainees are satisfied with the training of camp instructors in our country.However,while the training of camp instructors in China continues to develop,the training management organization should conduct more corresponding activities to promote and publicize,and popularize the public;Sustainability;fully understand the academic situation before the training starts,formulate corresponding training programs according to the differences of the trainees,and promote the healthy and orderly progress of the training of camp instructors in China.
