From The Game To The Intervention Of Social Workers:Research On The Mechanism Of Resolving Conflicts In Resettlement Communities

Hangzhou started the pilot project of resettlement community since 1998.These communities are.As a transitional community form,there are many problems,which are more complex there than ordinary communities.Governance is also more difficult.The existence of these problems often arouses dissatisfaction among residents,conflicts often occur in this community,and even incidents of collective rights protection.In this paper,on the basis of summarizing previous studies and guided by game theory and polycentric governance theory,a community conflict caused by a rights protection event launched by residents in G community was analyzed through literature method.Residents’ actions were still taken as the starting point of the study,and residents’ actions could be found to be interlinked by analyzing their strategies.The community cadres,who are the residents of the game,have experienced a process from passive response to active resolution in the face of residents’ strategies.It is precisely because of the change in their thinking that they have created conditions for the smooth resolution of community conflicts.Social workers representing third-party organizations mainly play the role of mediators in this game.Because of the mediation of social workers,many community problems have been successfully solved,and they have played a very important role in the resolution of conflicts.Through the actions of community residents,community cadres,and social workers,it is not difficult to find that the process of resolving community conflicts is also a process of continuous improvement of community governance.Through the case analysis of G community conflict resolution,the mechanism of community conflict resolution is refined from the perspective of the community and social workers.Finally,it summarizes the article and points out how it is possible to resolve conflicts from the game to social workers’ intervention in the community,and point out the deficiencies of the research.
