| Wushu sanda after years of development,and finally form the playing,as the main technical means of athletics project,"ring" continue to highlight the characteristics of sanda.Sanda games for athletes of boxing,kicks and wrestling,sensitivity and response speed,space,judgment,etc.The demand is higher.Chinese college students sanshou from 2015 to 2018 has successfully held four sessions series.This study to college students in 2018 China wushsanshou championship intermediate group,other games as the research object,the man intermediate other players in the game about to step down the use of the technology and tactics,with the number of and success rate of application,technical means and tactical forms indicators such as the statistics,analyze the step down the use of the technology and tactics rule induction.The purpose of this paper is to understand college students nowadays sanda athletes to step down technique applicationsituation,analyzing the imperfection of athletes in the tactics for the application to step down,one by one,this paper analyzes the reasons of problems,rich theoretical system of sanda tactics for the step down and step down for training tactics put forward corresponding countermeasures.Adopted the method of documentation,expert interview method,through the video observation statistics,and looked at the combat related to this study theory,specific training theory provide theoretical basis for the study.Through analysis and study the following conclusions:(1)a group b game played with the amount of innings,c group of playground,the maximum number of most innings,c group games,game playing more athletes,their energy consumption,energy consumption,a direct impact on the success rate of tactics for the players to step down;(2)a success rate is relatively low in step b technique,mainly because of its power consciousness is weak,lack of technology standard,the athletes’ mastery of wrestling techniques were not strong enough,and embrace,without obvious wrestling techniques,fall mainly by pushing each other,rely on both sides while moving inertia cause falling on the ring a lot,wrestle not skilled,the strength is not clear;(3)step down in the technology and tactics of the most frequently used in the use of technical means are wrestling,overall success rate is high,use most is to use force when step down tactics dozens of tactical form,accounted for 82% of the total.And the number of tactics used to step down in line inside is the most,are in a line inside the relatively safe,in the game played three games,you can see the athletes in the first two round tactics used to step down the number of times more;(4)the restricting factors of sanda athletes used successfully to step down technique is divided into:subjective factors to mobilize technical ability insufficiency,the psychological quality of factors influence tactics used successfully or not.Analysis from an objective point of view,due to the regulation of sanda competition rules,one party appear twice in a game,or lose the bureau game,so players in the game to make full use of rules,step technique can act as a "knock-out" effect,the court refereeing decisions will be a direct impact on the outcome of the game.And put forward countermeasures as follows: in the future in order to strengthen the basic technical training of athletes in training,strengthening the cultivation of tactical awareness,pay attention to the tactics of the accumulation of knowledge and strengthen practice. |
