| With the development of education system,elite education has been transformed into large and middle education,and private colleges and universities have become the inevitable choice to promote the further development of education.At the same time,the society’s requirements for talents tend to be more and more comprehensive and balanced development.If the school serves as an environment for cultivating leading figures in the new era,then the student union organization serves as an important part of campus inheritance and a carrier to undertake the management of student affairs.At the same time,it is also a special platform for students to organize activities independently and cultivate social applied talents in the new era.Its weight in colleges and universities is increasingly valued and affirmed.However,in the process of development and innovation,schools are always affected by administrative culture and administrative management system,and the organizational culture,organizational structure and organizational selection of the student union also have various problems of internalization.The organization of the student union has changed without substantive excellence;A simple problem that is complicated;Formal passive coping;Internal competition without innovation;Inefficient bloated structure,etc.In the face of the top-down management mode in China,not only private colleges and universities,but also all colleges and universities will face the problem of internalization.The administrative problem is even worse because the public colleges and universities have been established for a long time.However,since private colleges and universities are born with The Times,the student union organization can better reflect the change of times in the research.This paper uses unstructured interview and comparative analysis to sort out the internalization problems in the culture,structure and selection of the students.The path dependence in the first stage is not only the inevitable choice at the beginning of the development of the students in private schools,but also makes the administration affect the use of its own construction system and management mode later.The increase of the volume in the second stage is the way that the students want to implement innovation,but the development has not changed substantially due to the influence of the earlier restraint and the old administrative system.In the third stage,the phenomenon of students’internalization has formed a qualitative whirl.Under the common drive of social demand,school administration and students’ values,the students’ innovation failed to form a qualitative leap,and the students gradually lost the vitality of innovation and development.It can be seen that the logic of the inner winding of the student union is mainly due to the influence of the administrative culture of the university on the organizational culture of the student union and the joint influence of the university system and social values on the construction and selection of the system.The author wants to get private universities had served through interviews and now for the student union members of oral narrative material,use it to analysis and research in the issue of college students’ organization,strive to all colleges and universities in the process of construction and management of the student union organizations in the future can have a good situation in solidarity and collaboration,innovation and development. |
