A Research On The Implementation Of Rural Education Poverty Alleviation Social Work Project

Since the 18 th National Congress of the CPC,the party and the state have attached great importance to poverty alleviation.General Secretary Xi Jinping has put forward the strategic idea of precision poverty alleviation on the basis of investigation and research in various poverty-stricken areas.Education poverty alleviation is one of the important measures of precise poverty alleviation,which coincides with the professional concept of social work to help people help themselves.Social Work has natural advantages in the field of education and poverty alleviation because of its specialty uniqueness.Social work has been actively involved in poverty alleviation through education and social service projects in rural areas,and has achieved certain results and experience in relevant fields,but at present our country to the countryside education helps the poor social work project the research to be actually quite few.In this paper,K village “Qingqi Tongle”project as the research object,analysis of the rural education and social work of poverty relief experience and the difficulties encountered,and analysis of the causes behind the difficulties and propose optimization countermeasures.Through consulting relevant literature,on-the-spot investigation and interviews and other research methods,this paper grasps how social work focuses on the needs of the clients in the process of carrying out the rural education poverty alleviation project in K village,in the project design,implementation,Link Resources,how to focus on improving the intrinsic motivation and ability of villagers.The research focuses on how to implement rural education to help the poor,how to build “Qiao Niang Class”,how to improve the management and organizational capacity of the village committee,and what activities to enrich the spiritual and cultural life of the villagers.Through the research,we found that although the project has achieved certain results,but in the process of implementing the poverty alleviation project of social work education,there are many problems,such as the difficulties of sustainable development,professional service,talents and conditions.The investigation found that the main reasons behind the difficulties are the weak overall planning of local governments,the weak foundation of rural social work,the difficulty of development,the limited local financial revenue and the lack of project funds.Rural education plays an important role in consolidating the effect of poverty reduction,and in order to ensure that rural education and social work can play a greater role in the post-poverty reduction era,the author puts forward the following suggestions: first,the government needs to support rural education to promote social work;second,social work institutions should link resources precisely;third,social workers need accurate services to enhance the professionalism of services.
