With the development of urbanization and modernization, the speed of population flow is quickening and the scale is expanding. In order to improve living conditions and improve the economic level,a large number of rural labor continue to pour into cities in search of job opportunities.Due to the limitation of household registration system, the restriction of urban-rural dual structure and the influence of economic ability, the children of most migrant workers can not go to school and live with their parents in the city, resulting in a large number of left-behind children.Parents and children long separated, lack of common life experience, difficult to provide direct education.grandparents or other guardians care for children more in life, less in children's learning, due to the influence of degree of education and care energy, also can not provide the corresponding guidance.Because of their young age and immature mind,left-behind children are in the restraint stage of others in their learning,so they are prone to the problem of academic disability. The data of the clients were collected by using the interview and observation methods, taking Xiaohua(pseudonym)which came into contact with the children in the course of practice as the case service object.Through sorting out and analyzing the data,we find that the main problems of the students are lack of learning motivation, bad learning habits, and deviations in self-cognition.Under the guidance of the idea of superiority, the method of case social work is used to intervene in the problem of academic disability. In the six individual case service activities, the dominant characteristics of service objects themselves, families and schools are excavated, and the interaction among them is promoted.Work with the client to develop a learning plan, get him to join the learning team, and help the victim establish The correct cognition of learning enhances academic self-confidence.After the conclusion of the case, according to the feedback of the teacher in charge of the class, compared with the academic situation before the victim's intervention, the results of the service object have been greatly improved, and the scores of each subject have reached the qualified level.Compared with the previous "problem-oriented" approachof left-behind children, the social work method based on the idea of superiority is more effective in intervening in the problem of left-behind children's academic disabilities. It can excavate the internal efficiency factors and external environmental conditions to support the change of the victim. In this study,it shows the strong motivation of change and the support of his family and classmates to the victim.Using the idea of advantage to analyze interventional retention The academic problems of the left-behind children can make the left-behind children become passive and active in the process of change and make rational use of their own favorable factors. In the whole service process, the advantages and resilience of left-behind children are taken as the core, the rights of left-behind children are fully respected, the resources in the environment are mobilized, and the initial service goal is finally achieved.
