At the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,General Secretary Jinping Xi pointed out that with the joint efforts of the party and the people,socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era.This is a new historical position for my country’s development.This important judgment has very rich Chinese philosophical connotations.Emphasizing national cultural self-esteem and enhancing cultural self-confidence have become the theme of the time for the inheritance of traditional Chinese national sports culture in the new era.This will have great significance for the development and innovation of traditional national sports.The grass dragon dance of the Mulao nationality in Luocheng is one of the most representative traditional sports cultures of the Mulao nationality in Luocheng,Guangxi.At present,with the continuous attention of Luocheng Mulao Autonomous County to the national traditional culture,the Dancing Grass Dragon folk sports culture of Luocheng Mulao is developing rapidly.The research takes the development of the Dancing Grass Dragon folk culture of the Mulao nationality in Luocheng,Guangxi as the research background,takes the development and development of the Dancing Grass Dragon folk culture as the research object,and uses literature from the perspectives of physical education and ethnology.Research methods such as method,field investigation method,expert interview method,mathematical statistics method and logical analysis method,etc.,to analyze the living environment,origin,evolutionary context,production techniques,dragon dance behavior,and grass dragon dance system of the Mulao nationality in Luocheng,Inheritors,and current development status are collected,sorted out and analyzed.After research,the results are as follows:1)The grass dragon dance of the Mulao nationality in Luocheng evolved from the former life of the Dancing Grass Dragon of the Qing Dynasty.After the founding of New China,it has survived,disappeared and restored.It has prospered and developed in the 21 st century,and the Mulao ethnic culture has been documented.One of the representative cultures.2)The production methods of the grass dragon dance of the Mulao nationality in Luocheng are divided into two types: hand-knitting and sewing machine.3)The form of dragon dance has evolved from competitions and street parades before the 21 st century to the composition of dragon walking,turning the dragon,passing the dragon and panning dragon with performance as the main purpose after the 21 st century.4)The grass-dancing dragon system developed from the unwritten rules of Mulao ethnicity to modern written rules.5)The grass dragon dance of the Mulao nationality in Luocheng has the characteristics of nationality in Luocheng has the following dilemmas: 1)Lack of successors.2)Single inheritance form.3)The cultural characteristics of the dancing grass dragon has been seriously lost.4)The development mode is eager for quick success and instant benefits.According to the theory of "innovative thinking method" put forward by General Secretary Jinping Xi,combined with the development needs of traditional national culture in the new era,the following four countermeasures are proposed for the Mulao dance grass dragon: 1)Cultivate the younger generation of inheritors and consolidate them.The foundation of national culture.2)Improve inheritance methods and develop new inheritance models.3)Awaken the consciousness of cultural subjects.4)Emphasize the development path with national culture as the main line.Aiming at the difficulties in the inheritance and development of Luocheng Mulao folk dance grass dragon folk sports culture,corresponding countermeasures are proposed to promote development,aiming to effectively solve the inheritance and development problems of Luocheng Mulao folk dance grass dragon sports culture,To promote the sustainable dissemination and development of the Mulao grass dragon dance in the new era,so as to provide a reference for the development of the Mulao grass dragon dance folk sports culture in Luoche.
