Mediatization Of Education:Research On The Space-time Reconstruction And Communication Influence Of Cloud Classroom

In January 2020,COVID-19 raged across the country,and students could not study in the classroom as usual.It disrupts normal teaching arrangements and brings unprecedented challenges to the education system.Under such circumstances,the Ministry of Education promptly issued a response policy named "no suspension of classes".For a time,from elementary education to higher education,"cloud classroom" teaching was adopted broadly for online learning and communication in remote classrooms.Many teachers and students are amazed at the great power of new educational media technology,but they are also working hard to adapt to the changes in this new educational mode and communication mode.The "Cloud Classroom" teaching model has changed the environment of education and reconstructed the time and space of education field.In turn,it affected the changes in various educational elements and relationships in the education field.The greatest effect of educational media should immerse students in an environment of technological intermediary,use technology but not feel the existence of it,and thus focus on "learning" rather than "media‖.However,the intervention of the media reconstruct a new "cloud classroom",which has an impact on the subject relationships,systems,rights,habitus,forming a typical phenomenon named Mediatization of Education.Based on the above issues,my dissertation starts from the media research and proposes the new concept named " Mediatization of Education ",to find the impact that media brings to the education field.By combing historically connect education and the media,combining with the empirical research,reflecting on the consequences resulting from the changes in the classroom education field and the reconstruction of time and space.The choice of mediatized perspective in order to break through former single focus on media technology,and broad the field of media research,point out Point out some problems that the mediatization of education may bring.I hope my research can remind people to treat the use of educational media rationally and promote the education moving towards modernization.
