With the rapid development of online education abroad,many online education institutions have emerged in my country following the example of foreign countries.After only a short decade of development,it has become a powerful force in the domestic education industry.The bright development prospects of online education are exciting.At the same time,the adoption of advanced management concepts is crucial to the long-term development of online education.This article takes the customer of A network training center as the research object,and uses the questionnaire method and SWOT analysis method to study the customer satisfaction of A network training center.Online education is a new type of business model.How to make customers spend for a long time and how to improve customer satisfaction has become a problem that has to be pondered in the current development process.The specific research center of this article is the A Network Training Center.It is hoped that through fixed-point case investigations,from a teaching perspective,we can understand the actual needs and improvements of online education more accurately and scientifically.This article specifically analyzes the A network training center,the purpose is to provide more constructive educational opinions for future improvement measures from the perspective of users,especially for the use and consumer groups such as universities and university teachers to provide more high-quality and efficient Service,in order to promote the comprehensive development of the A network training center,but also hope that this article can effectively promote the pace of market reform of network education and training.
