Customer Satisfaction is the signs to be used to measure the initial competitive advantage. It reacts customer satisfaction of the enterprises and their products. It has been a long time to be used in the research and application of enterprises. the customer satisfaction index is a macroeconomic indicators to measure user satisfaction with a product or service quality in Some developed countries and regions. Business in our country has been recognized the status and important role of customers in the market economy, and takes a number of positive measures. At the same time, customer satisfaction theory has been applied on the evaluating of public satisfaction to the government departments, and has achieved certain results. In our country, although there are some researches on evaluation of Customer satisfaction in education system, and most of them are qualitative and macro researches. There has not been an in-depth study of Customer satisfaction in the regional education. On the other hand the current regional education evaluation are basically on the provider of education but basically on the recipient, its evaluation are objective and Statistics.Based on the above reasons, starting with the in-depth study of Customer satisfaction theory, this paper discusses the possibility of using the theory in regional education, and the difference and improvement of this method on Regional Education evaluation. This paper use the method of Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation (FCE) to design the model of audience satisfaction of the regional education evaluation. Finally,this paper takes the theory and method in practice, and with a view to exploring the right model of regional education audience satisfaction evaluation.
