With the continuous advancement of economic globalization andinnovation of business management theories,human resource management is increasingly playing a pivotal role in the internal management of enterprises.Salary is also the most direct purpose of workers.The quality of salary management is related to the vital interests and work enthusiasm of the workers,it also directly reflects the management level of the enterprise,and it is related to the smooth and long-term development of the enterprise.Therefore,salary management,as one of the most important links in human resource management,has also been paid more and more attention by enterprises.As the education industry is a knowledge-intensive industry,talent support is the key,which requires a complete salary system to ensure the full and efficient play of the role of human resources.Firstly,this article deeply studied the basic theories of salary design,various factors affecting salary and several classic salary models in modern salary management,which laid a theoretical foundation for the optimization of the full-time teachers’ salary plan of Gansu Zhuoyuan Education Company.Secondly,combined with the current situation of the full-time teachers’ salary of Zhuoyuan Education Company,the author carried out a survey about salary satisfaction,summarized and analyzed the main problems existing in the company’s current salary system.Thirdly,in view of the existing problems of the company’s current salary system,the author referred to the relevant theories of salary management,and determined the basic principles of optimizing the salary plan of full-time teachers.This article also further clarifies the job responsibilities of full-time teachers,optimizes the salary structure,redesigns allowances and benefits items,and optimizes and regulates the settlement and payment of salary.Finally,it includes the planning and designing of the implementation steps of the company’s full-time teachers’ salary optimization plan,and proceeded to revise and improve the corresponding correlated systems and procedures to ensure the optimization plan can be implemented smoothly.This article explores effective management methods for the full-time teachers’ salary work of Gansu Zhuoyuan Education Company,hoping to lay a solid foundation for the company’s long-term development.At the same time,the reforms and explorations in salary management mentioned in this article are hoped to serve as a reference for the exploration,development and salary management of the privately-owned education enterprises and educational start-ups in prefecture and county-level cities of western region in China.
