| Salary incentive is one of the more complex issues in human resource management.For the development of private universities,the salary incentives for full-time teachers are even more complicated.Based on the current development history of private colleges and universities in my country,compared with public colleges and universities,teachers in private colleges and universities generally have problems such as low sense of belonging,high turnover rate,and insufficient work enthusiasm,and this phenomenon is more obvious in full-time teachers..However,simple salary and welfare improvements can only solve the problem of building a full-time faculty of private colleges and universities in the short term.To truly promote the long-term and stable development of full-time faculty,it is necessary to innovate and effective salary incentive mechanism.This article takes full-time teachers of private universities in M as the research object,comprehensively uses literature research methods,case analysis,questionnaire surveys,interviews and other research methods,expounds the case from the theory of incentive compensation,and further discusses full-time teachers in private universities in M The current situation and existing problems of salary incentive mechanism.On this basis,an optimization plan for the salary incentive mechanism for full-time teachers in private colleges and universities in M is proposed.This article first combines the compensation theory such as human capital theory,efficiency wage theory,balanced wage theory,and incentive theories such as hierarchy of needs theory,two-factor theory,fairness theory,and expectation theory,to analyze the content and characteristics of full-time teacher compensation incentives in private colleges and universities.Secondly,through the case study of private universities in M,it is found that the current salary incentives for full-time teachers in private universities in M are not optimistic,and some problems are found in the compensation incentive mechanism for full-time teachers in private universities in M.Finally,based on the development characteristics of private universities in M,a specific full-time teacher salary incentive mechanism optimization plan is proposed,including the establishment of a scientific full-time teacher salary structure,adjustment of the employment system in line with the school’s own characteristics,moderately increasing the salary level,and constructing a reasonable performance appraisal system,Improve the internal salary incentive system,and adjust the salary incentive mechanism according to the implementation effect.This article hopes to use the research method combining theory and practice to sum up the current construction rules of the salary incentive mechanism for full-time teachers in private colleges and universities from case studies,from point to aspect,to provide scientific guidance for the salary incentives for full-time teachers in private colleges and universities in our country. |
