Research On The Sharing Of Internal Management Information In Shanghai Universities

In the era of big data,co-construction,sharing and co-governance of data have become an inevitable trend in government data,enterprise data and personal information data governance.But the preconditions for sharing are,first of all,to break down information barriers between individual organizations and between departments within the organization.In recent years,with the development of information technology and the rapid improvement of office automation in colleges and universities,the co-construction and co-governance of information sharing in colleges and universities and its related platforms have developed rapidly with the help of policy,economy,technology and other support.Within colleges and universities,various management information platforms,such as teaching information platforms,scientific research information platforms,logistics information platforms,book management platforms,etc.,are everywhere,but most of them are independent platforms.Although there is a one-stop platform entrance,in fact,various internal management information is fragmented,showing a "debrid" management state.The internal management information sharing of colleges and universities is to integrate and integrate the work information of various functional departments of colleges and universities,and make it publicly displayed on the unified platform,so that the information is open,timely and unified.Shanghai,as an international metropolis,is a national economic center and education center.It has rich educational and teaching resources and is at the forefront of the country in the construction of internal management information sharing in universities.Through the discussion of the theory and practical application of internal management information sharing of colleges and universities in Shanghai,and the empirical analysis of the administrative management model and information sharing platform of individual colleges and universities in Shanghai,this paper provides policy support and decision-making suggestions for the internal management information sharing of colleges and universities in China,which is then the construction of information sharing in universities and even the information sharing of all education systems.This paper comprehensively uses a variety of tools such as literature research method and investigation method,selects three universities in Shanghai as research object,analyzes the current internal information management data sharing construction situation of various colleges and universities from the perspective of internal information management of functional departments,and summarizes the common problems in the current process of promoting information sharing construction in colleges and universities,mainly including the low level of the lead agency for information sharing construction,the lack of innovation in the construction of information sharing platforms,the fragmentation of various departments,the emergence of "information islands",the risk of leakage of shared information and data,and backward information sharing environment construction,etc.After the above research,this paper summarizes the current situation,analyzes the causes,formulates corresponding solutions,and puts forward four strategies: collaborative governance of information sharing in colleges and universities,building a shared environment atmosphere,promoting the construction of information sharing platforms with information technology,improving top-level design,accelerating the construction of information sharing infrastructure,and expanding the quantity,dimension and quality of information resource sharing.The purpose of this article is to analyze the current internal information management and sharing system of Shanghai universities through cases and research,so as to introduce the problems and bottlenecks encountered in the internal management information sharing of Shanghai universities,and provide some feasible operational suggestions for optimizing internal management and improving data information sharing in colleges and universities in China.
