Investigation And Analysis On The Current Situation Of Student Financial Management Information System In Shanghai Universities

The framework of college students funding in China was established since 2007. It aims to gradually reduce the differences of urban-rural, regional, and between different groups, to ensure a smooth enrollment of students to complete their studies. In recent years, with the development trend of college enrollment doubled and funding work fine management, college student aid work facing increasing challenges. In the 21 st century, the rapid development of information technology has penetrated into all aspects of people’s learning and life. Under the trend of information technology, how to use the work efficiently, accurately, and the advance of computer aided management to improve the management level of funding, to ensure the fairness and equity of funding, to promote educational equity and further enhance the popularity level of higher education in Shanghai is very important. This research investigates the status of college student funding by studying the literatures, comparing information management level of college student funding of domestic and foreign collages, designing questionnaires, conducting case studies, interviews, analysis, synthesis and other ways. This research analysis the problems of the Shanghai College Student Financial Aid Information System in the actual works. Finally, this reach proposes a scheme to solve these problems.
