| Knowledge economy is an economy based on knowledge.Human capital determines the level and speed of economic development.Cultivating high-quality innovative talents is the inherent requirement of knowledge economy.Doctoral students are the key group to support the production,dissemination,application and innovation of knowledge.Interdisciplinary training of doctoral students is an important way to train doctoral students to adapt to the needs of knowledge economy society.This study takes the interdisciplinary doctoral training programs in the United States,the United Kingdom and Australia as the research objects,and makes a comparative analysis of the interdisciplinary doctoral training practices in the three countries,which helps to understand the innovative practices of the three countries in interdisciplinary doctoral training,and provides reference for the development of interdisciplinary doctoral training in China.Based on the perspective of knowledge transformation,this study mainly uses text analysis,case analysis,comparative research and other research methods to analyze the characteristics of interdisciplinary training of doctoral students under the background of knowledge transformation in theory,explore the practical experience of interdisciplinary training of doctoral students in the United States,Britain and Australia in practice,and explore the goal of interdisciplinary training of doctoral students in the three countries ”This paper analyzes the characteristics of the four dimensions of "training content","training mode" and "training management".This study found that the United States,the United Kingdom and Australia all emphasize interdisciplinary training in the reform of doctoral education.In terms of training objectives,they are aimed at responding to social needs and cultivating interdisciplinary talents who take into account both academic and nonacademic professions.In terms of training contents,they attach equal importance to academic and nonacademic abilities.In terms of training methods,they should develop diversified and targeted training activities simultaneously There are both rigid requirements and flexible provisions in the management of nursing.Learning from the practice of the United States,Britain and Australia in the interdisciplinary training of doctoral students,our country should take the interdisciplinary talents to meet the needs of society as the training goal;put the ability and quality specifications of academic ability and nonacademic ability into the training content;bring the diversified and targeted training activities into the training mode;and introduce the flexible monitoring and evaluation mechanism into the training management. |
