Research Objective: To explore the relationship between strength quality of different parts and ergometer perfermence of young female rowers,so as to provide theoretical reference for coaches to arrange strength training plan reasonably and improve strength training effect.Methods: 18 athletes from Shangha i Young Women Rowing Team were selected as the research objects.Training stage: 4 months of winter training preparation from December 2019 to April 2020.As a physical trainer,I personally conducted strength training sessions.Usually3 times a week,each time lasts 90-120 min.The exercises mainly include: squat,bench pull,hard pull,back push,high roll,vertical jump,abdominal and back endurance,2min bench pull,2min squat and 2min back push.One week before and one week after the winter training,squat,bench pull,hard pull,back push and high turn weight of 1RM were measured.The vertical vertical jump height is measured in the form of vertical vertical jump touch height.The maximum durations of the abdominal and back muscles were measured in the prostrate and supine positions with hands crossed and semi-suspended.The maximum repetitions of50%1RM(before winter training)were measured within 2min to evaluate the strength and endurance level.The time required to complete the dynamometer at full capacity of 500 m,2km and 5km was measured to evaluate the changes of athletes’ anaerobic exercise ability,special maximum ability and maximum aerobic exercise ability.Paired T test was used to compare the changes of strength quality level and athletic ability before and after winter training.Person correlation test was used to evaluate the correlation between the strength quality and the special sports ability.Multiple stepwise linear regression was used to analyze the most important strength quality of 500 m,2km and 5km sports performance of dynamometer. results:(1)Compared with before the winter training,the levels of lying,squatting,high rolling,and pushback for 1RM after the winter training were significantly increased by 5.24%,9.12%,8.95%,25.3%(P=0.005,0.001,0.001,0.001),respectively;Dorsal muscle and abdominal muscle endurance were significantly increased by 131.32% and 189.26%(P=0.001,0.001).The maximum height of vertical vertical jump was 15.81%(P=0.001);2min 50%,1RM maximum times of squatting,squat and pushback increased by 11.39%,17.7% and15.73%,respectively(P=0.001,0.001,0.001);The results of 500 m,2km and 5km dynamometer were significantly improved by 1.26%,1.12% and 4.16%(P=0.022,0.001,0.001).(2)The backpedals and dorsal muscle endurance(s)of 1RM were negatively correlated with the dynamometer performance(r=-0.524,P= 0.026;r=-0.515,P=0.029);There was a significant negative correlation between 1RM high turn,2min 1rm50%horizontal pull,and backsliding(number)and the performance of dynamometer 2km dynamometer(r=-0.581,P=0.011;r=-0.506,P = 0.032;r=-0.644,P=0.004);There was a medium significant negative correlation between 2min 50%1RM pedal reversal(times)and5km dynamometer(r =-0.530,P=0.024).3)The multiple steppe linear regression analysis of each strength and the 2km performance of dynamometer shows that the 1RM high turn and the 2min 50%1RM push back times are the two most critical indicators to predict the 2km performance of dynamometer.The equation is: the 2km performance of dynamometer =652.494+1.341×(1RM high turn)-3.349×(2min 50%1RM push back times).The model interpretation rate is 58.3%(P=0.001).The constant included in predicting the dynamometer’s5km performance was only the 2min 50%1RM backpedaling times.The prediction equation was: the dynamometer’s 5km performance =1780.455-15.938×(2min 50%1RM backpedaling times),and the model interpretation rate was 28.1%(P=0.024).The constants included in the prediction of 500 m performance of dynamometer were 1Rm pushback,maximum abdominal endurance time and 1Rm lying pull.The prediction equation was: 500 m performance of dynamometer =159.441-0.098×(1RM pushback)-0.088×(1RM lying pull)maximum abdominal endurance time-0.729×(1RM lying pull).The model interpretation rate was78.1%(P<0.001).Conclusion:After four months of winter training,both strength level and athletic ability improved.Among them,1RM backstroke,2min 50%,1RM maximum backstroke times,1RM high turn may have a decisive effect on the improvement of rowing dynamometer movement ability.
