Objective:To observe the national elite male rowers blood, red blood cell activity and serum copper, zinc, calcium, magnesium and iron content of the five elements, and compared with the ordinary people. Aimed to investigate the between athletes, athletes and ordinary differences between the two sets of indicators and to explore the impact of element contents in red blood cell activity and five factors. Trying to bring two sets of indicators and specific combining ability, used in training on the monitoring function, and for the future to provide some references for further study. Methods:In order to prepare for and participated in a 2008 Beijing Olympic Games, 22 athletes and 22 ordinary men, as the research object, in the collection of blood by the end of April 2008, measuring red blood cell activity in the blood content of the five elements, simultaneous measurement of physical indicators, will be doing all the data at the differences between the two groups compared to the group to do correlation analysis. The recent record of 2000m,6000m rowing Dynamometer test results, and red blood cell activity associated with the five elements of content analysis. Results and Conclusion:1. In the four groups of test subjects in a relationship with indicators of aerobic exercise hemoglobin hematocrit were significantly higher than athletes, two groups of ordinary people. White blood cells in the highest group of ordinary men, ordinary women in the lowest group, the athletes group average.2. The members of the national rowing men's iron, magnesium content was significantly higher than ordinary group, the iron content is higher than the normal reference value; blood calcium levels were significantly lower than the two sets of ordinary people, and lower than the normal reference value. Proposed training stage monitor, inter alia observed calcium intake and absorption, to avoid the athletes due to a lack of calcium caused by damage to happen.3. Four groups of population the total number of red blood cells in blood and the number of living cells was very significant positive correlation (P<0.01); In addition to ordinary women's groups outside the other three groups of people with the red blood cell activity in red blood cell diameter is proportional (P<0.05), and red blood cell roundness in inverse proportion to the relationship; from this experiment a special ability to see red blood cell activity and there is no correlation (P> 0.05).4. The five elements copper and iron were positively correlated (P<0.05); this study, the performance of iron and men a positive correlation between hemoglobin (P<0.05), in training should pay attention to iron supplementation to increase the hemoglobin concentration and increased aerobic capacity, while at the same time iron could be considered to be promoted by copper. Zinc content in the general population showed a positive correlation with body height (P<0.05), adolescent growth and development in the stage of strengthening the focus on zinc supplement increased emphasis on their impact; red blood cell activity did not find the five elements and test there is correlation.5. Lightweight open-class athletes, divided into groups according to differences in test, the two sets of data, in addition to basic pattern does not appear related differences, in accordance with sculls oars difference between the groups appeared in the blood and the difference on the element, indicating that groups with different training with different training content will affect the red blood cell morphology and the number and element content.
