| Curriculum understanding refers to the perspective and way of thinking that teachers look at the curriculum.It is that teachers form a basic understanding of the curriculum in the implementation of educational and teaching activities based on their own knowledge and ability level,experience,and emotional attitude.Teachers’ understanding of the curriculum directly affects the implementation and effects of the kindergarten curriculum and affects the quality of education.With the gradual deepening of research in the field of curriculum and the implementation of new curriculum reforms,traditional curriculum understanding has exposed shortcomings,and teachers’ curriculum understanding urgently needs to be shifted,that is,from "fact existence" curriculum understanding to "practical generation" curriculum understanding.Teachers’ curriculum comprehension shift is the process of quantitative change leading to qualitative change,and the key event is the turning point from quantitative change to qualitative change.Therefore,this study selects six key kindergarten teachers as the research objects,and uses key events as the entry point for the study of teacher’s curriculum comprehension shift.Literature analysis and interviews explore the key events that affect the transition of kindergarten teachers’ curriculum understanding,analyze the factors that affect the transition of teacher’s curriculum understanding,and provide references for teachers to improve their curriculum understanding ability and teacher professional development.First of all,this research sorts out the curriculum understanding of teachers’ two value orientations: “ facts exist ” and “ practice generation ”.On this basis,after an in-depth practical analysis of the two curriculum understanding orientations of kindergarten teachers,it is found that teachers are under the “ facts ” curriculum understanding orientation.There are limitations such as ignoring the attributes of the curriculum process and its own educational value;teachers’ curriculum comprehension shifts to "practical generation",which helps teachers change their awareness of "teaching craftsman",form a unique teaching style,promote the growth of their own professional capabilities,and ultimately reflect the value of teachers.Secondly,analyze the key events that drove teachers’ curriculum understanding to turn.The research found that the key events that affect kindergarten teachers’ curriculum understanding mainly include open classes,training,teaching competitions,and teaching events.Key figures include principals,masters,and experts.The critical period occurred The period when the "Guide" was issued,the period of teaching and research work,and the period of being a parent.Through the analysis of the key events of the kindergarten teachers’ curriculum comprehension shift,it is found that the main reasons that affect the teacher’s curriculum comprehension are the teachers’ personal qualities,key events and external promotion of key elements.Based on this,suggestions are put forward to promote the shift of teacher’s course understanding.On the one hand,starting from the teacher’s personal qualities,it is proposed to let teachers become active learning and reflective enterprising,establish correct self-cognition and form active awareness;on the other hand,it must be Emphasize the important role of key events and key elements;at the same time,pay attention to kindergartens to create a favorable environment for teachers’ curriculum understanding. |
