The rural population and financial resources are the core elements of rural economic development. The optimization of the rural population structure can promote the development of rural financial markets, and improvement of financial service capabilities can help optimize the rural population structure. Therefore,in the current critical period of winning a well-off society in an all-round way, strengthening the research on the relationship between rural population structure and financial resource allocation has become an inherent requirement to promote rural economic development.Based on the theory of population and financial development, this paper studies the interaction between rural population structure and financial resource allocation from the perspective of system coupling.First, the coupling mechanism of rural population structure and financial resource allocation is explained theoretically.Secondly, from the perspectives of population age structure, population gender structure, population employment structure, and population culture structure, the evolution characteristics of rural population structure across provinces are discussed. At the same time,it analyzes the regional differences and evolution characteristics of three types of financial resources allocation areas of organization, human resources, and monetary funds. Then, the comprehensive level index of rural population structure and financial resource allocation is measured,Tapio decoupling model, coupling degree model and coupling coordination degree model are constructed, and strength and coordination of the correlation are empirically analyzed. Finally,it explores the influence of economic, social and natural factors on the degree of coupling and coordination between rural population structure and financial resource allocation.Through the above studies, the following conclusions are drawn: Firstly, the ageing of rural population structure in China has deepened, the gender imbalance has improved, the employment structure of rural population has gradually shifted to the secondary and tertiary industries, and the proportion of rural higher education population has increased significantly. The increase in the allocation of rural financial institutions, financial professionals, and monetary funds has increased the availability of rural products for financial products and services.Overall, the levels of rural population structure and financial resource allocation in North and East China are significantly higher than those in the Midwest.Secondly, the comprehensive level index of rural population structure and financial resource allocation has shown an upward trend over time, and the coupling degree of various provinces has also shown rapid growth. However, because comprehensive level of financial resource allocation has lagged behind rural population for a long time, coupling coordination need to be improved, and it has been in a state of dysfunctional decline for a long time. The third is that economic factors mainly affect the degree of coupling and coordination from the aspects of employment and income, and their impact is the most significant;social factors mainly start from the characteristics of the rural population, which have a significant impact on the cultural quality and welfare of the rural population;natural factors There is no significant effect on the degree of coupling coordination. Finally, this article focuses on the optimization of the rural population structure, the promotion of the rationalization of financial resource allocation, and the coordinated development of rural population structure and financial resource allocation, and proposes countermeasures and suggestions.
