| Food is a necessity for human survival.Every day people get the energy needed for daily activities from food.With the development of economy and society in china,food diversification has become more abundant,and food problems are constantly emerging.In recent years,food safety issues have arisen in and around campus from time to time.Students are the future of the motherland.Food safety in and around campus is closely related to student health.Therefore,in order to create a safe food environment for students,it is especially important to implement food safety supervision on and around campus.The purpose of this thesis is to investigate the current situation of food safety on Dujiangyan campus and its surrounding areas through field visit,questionnaire survey and face-to-face interview from four directions: food producers and operators on Dujiangyan campus and its surrounding areas,school food safety managers,student consumer groups and staff of the government food safety supervision department According to the problems in food safety supervision and the problems found in the investigation,and based on the current supervision force of Dujiangyan campus and surrounding food safety,the paper puts forward countermeasures and prospects to solve the problems.Through investigation,it was found that the main problems in supervising food safety in campus canteens and the surrounding areas in Dujiangyan City are as follows: First,the supervision force is weak.Second,the level of professional supervision for supervisors must be improved.And the third is that supervision methods are still simple and can’t meet standard.Fourth,the cultural quality of workers in production is low,and awareness of food safety is poor.Fifth,the general education level of the student group is relatively low.Sixth,the food production process is old and lacks quality control methods.The following countermeasures were suggested for investigation.First,establish and improve a long-term mechanism for overseeing food safety.The second is to complete the relevant laws and regulations and implement various supervision systems.The third is to improve monitoring capabilities and establish a scientific monitoring system.The fourth is to implement food safety science to enhance food safety awareness. |
