Food safety has always been a concern.It is an important issue involving national stability,social development,economic prosperity,human health and other aspects.Students are the future of the motherland,the hope of the nation,and the school is the cradle of knowledge,shouldering the heavy task of preaching and imparting knowledge.The food safety of the school is more directly related to the physical and mental growth of students,especially the food safety of the school canteen.In order to ensure the food safety on campus and the healthy diet of students,government regulatory departments at all levels have issued many policies and implemented many measures.However,school food safety accidents still happen occasionally,affecting the whole society all the time.Food safety in school canteens is a complex field with many links,complex processes and many potential risks.A little sloppy in many links,such as raw material procurement,processing and sales,is very likely to cause food safety accidents,which has a great social impact.Therefore,it is very necessary to study food safety supervision in primary and secondary school canteens.This study used methods such as questionnaire survey and interview survey,and applied information asymmetry theory,government regulation theory,and collaborative governance theory to discover that the food safety supervision of primary and secondary school canteens in the New North District has achieved many results.Firstly,a preliminary regulatory system structure has been established,and relatively clear and clear food safety supervision institutions have been established at both the government and school levels.The second is to attach importance to the construction of the supervisory cadre team,focusing on both quantity and quality,and improving the strength of the law enforcement team.The third is to attach importance to food safety publicity and training,promote and implement through online self media and offline activities,and carry out "smart training" in combination with internet technology.Fourth,we will continue to promote the long-term supervision mechanism,and form long-term supervision and consolidate the results of supervision through three modes: "branch bureaus+schools" joint supervision,"branch bureaus+institutions" joint inspection,and "branch bureaus+streets" joint inspection.At the same time,it was found that there are still problems such as insufficient regulatory efforts,weak regulatory teams,slow updates of regulatory technology and equipment,inadequate implementation and supervision of the school’s main responsibilities,and failure to effectively mobilize the role of social supervision forces;The main reasons for these problems are the imperfect food safety supervision system,insufficient professional talents in food supervision,insufficient innovation in food supervision models,incomplete collaborative supervision mechanisms,and insufficient understanding of the importance of social supervision power.In response to these problems and reasons,based on the actual food safety supervision work in domestic canteens,drawing on the mature and beneficial experience of food supervision in domestic and foreign canteens,the countermeasures and suggestions for improving the food safety supervision work in primary and secondary canteens in the New North District are to improve the food safety supervision system in primary and secondary canteens,strengthen the law enforcement force of food safety supervision in primary and secondary canteens,and innovate the food safety supervision mode in primary and secondary canteens,Urge the school to strictly implement its main responsibilities and establish a sound collaborative supervision mechanism.
