| Competitive gymnastics,as an important gold medal winning project in China,has repeatedly failed in major competitions in recent years,causing a lot of public opinion.In order to have a deep insight into the concerns of social netizens on competitive gymnastics,combined with the life cycle theory,this paper takes the network as the carrier to conduct a deep analysis of the public opinion on competitive gymnastics,providing a theoretical basis for the prevention,control and governance of public opinion on competitive gymnastics in the future.In this paper,word frequency analysis is used to analyze the number of word frequency and its changing trend,and the hot spots and changing trends of public opinions on competitive gymnastics network are deeply analyzed.The content analysis method is used to analyze the current situation and trend of data,so as to understand the research content more deeply and accurately.Adopts the expert interview method to deeply understand the experts’ main views,opinions and research opinions on the field of Chinese competitive gymnastics and public opinion.The results show that :(1)The high-frequency hot words of competitive gymnastics network public opinion are mainly about competition results and categories,while the low-frequency words are mainly about competitive gymnastics events and athletes;The characteristics of competitive gymnastics online public opinion events mainly focus on competition,characters and events,with zero policy events.Social netizens have a wide range of concerns about competitive gymnastics,but there is a big difference in the number of word frequency and attention degree.(2)The evolution characteristics of online public opinion in China’s competitive gymnastics show a multi-wave change trend,each change trend is more obvious,and the whole public opinion of individual events lasts for a long time.The subsection showed the trend of "U" shape.In the first stage,most of the feedback was positive.The second stage is dominated by negative feedback;The third stage has a lot of positive and negative feedback.(3)The online public opinion of Zhang Shangwu event is highly concerned,among which the "theft","imprisonment","selling gold medal and begging" and other events are the main reasons for the fluctuation of public opinion.This event belongs to the three-stage evolution mode,which has a certain typical significance.(4)Online public opinion of competitive gymnastics is easily polarized,resulting in a "one-sided" phenomenon,which distorts the truth of the event;With the large increase of public opinion audience,the control of public opinion gradually weakened.Gymnastics related departments should improve the awareness of public opinion management,establish public opinion early warning mechanism,and carry out scientific and effective control,which is the necessary means of public opinion management of today’s competitive gymnastics,and also the important premise of remolding the brilliant image of China’s competitive gymnastics.Suggestions :(1)In the aspect of media dominance,we should strengthen the comprehensive understanding of the public to the competitive gymnastics,establish the correct value concept to the competitive gymnastics,and abandon the idea of "medal supremacy".(2)In terms of the understanding of the nature of public opinion,the public should be allowed to establish a correct awareness of public opinion,enhance the network media literacy,and improve the management system of competitive gymnastics network public opinion.(3)In terms of academic research on public opinion,it is necessary to take the problem as the orientation,fully analyze the typical significance of case studies,and enrich the theoretical system of public opinion research on competitive gymnastics through case studies.(4)In terms of public opinion control and governance,it is necessary to attach great importance to public opinion management and governance of competitive gymnastics before the Tokyo Olympic Games,make good predictions,and constantly improve the early warning mechanism and scientific and effective control and governance of public opinion in gymnastics. |
