Countermeasures Research On The Optimization Functional Reform Of Jiangsu Gymnastics Association

In recent years,General Administration of Sport of China,General Administration of Sport of Jiangsu Province and other departments have issued relevant documents on the reform of sports associations for many times,andtherefore the reform of sportsassociations has entered a key stage of reform.Gymnastics is a key project of the Olympic Games in China,the reform of the gymnastics association of jiangsu province plays an important role to province honor "Olympic plan",full fitness,the construction of the sports strong province,through the reform of gymnastics association function optimization,optimize the function and role of gymnastics in the field of mass sports and competitivesports,and promote the comprehensive and coordinated development of gymnastics.This paper uses literature review method,questionnaire method,mathematical statistics method and other research methods to conduct in-depth research on the function optimization reform of Jiangsu Provincial Gymnastics Association in mass sports,competitive sports,sports culture,sports industry,foreign exchanges and other aspects,and draws the following conclusions:(1)By analyzing the current situation of function optimization reform of Jiangsu Gymnastics Association,this paper summarizes many problems existing in the reform process of Jiangsu Gymnastics Association from the aspects of mass sports,competitive sports and sports industry,which are mainly reflected in the difficult promotion and popularization,the small number of members of the association,the undivided management and management,the serious offside problem,and the weak ability to generate income.The development of gymnastics consumer goods and performance market mechanism are not perfect,the lack of professional and technical communication team and so on.(2)According to the problems existing in the process of the function optimization reform of the Gymnastics Association,countermeasures such as strengthening the foundation for the development of children and teenagers,strengthening the development of school gymnastics,increasing community popularization,expanding the number of members,returning the function of the association,endowing the association with industry autonomy,improving the ability to generate income,establishing and perfecting the market mechanism and improving the internal system are put forward.
